Selfless Service once again.

Demonstrating the true essence of leading by example, members of the Sergeant Morales Club took the initiative once more to support the local commissary despite the demands of their own full time jobs. Rather than simply delegating or observing, these leaders integrated themselves into the commissary’s daily operations.

Answering the call with duty and selflessness, they went beyond giving their time by bringing their families along, turning service into a shared mission. Today we proudly welcomed our newest Noncommissioned Officers during the NCO Induction Ceremony, recognizing their hard work, leadership, and commitment to the profession of arms. This ceremony marks not just a promotion in rank, but an acceptance of greater responsibility, trust, and influence over Soldiers and missions alike. As they crossed the threshold into the NCO Corps, we hope they noticed the medallions symbols of pride, tradition, and belonging and decided they want to be part of this time honored club. We welcome them with confidence that they will uphold the standards, values, and legacy of those who came before them.

We have a genuine team full of genuine people.

One of the things we love most about our club is how genuine everyone is. Our members truly care. Not just about the club, but about each other and the community around us.

It’s so inspiring to see our Candidates step up and volunteer their time to make a difference. Watching their passion and kindness in action reminds us why we’re proud to be part of this club it’s filled with people who lead with heart.

Harness, the following Noncommissioned Officers will be inducted into the Sergeant Morales Club (SMC) Vicenza Chapter of Excellence. This will occur during the SETAF-AF 70th Birthday Celebration
