🌱 New skills open new opportunities.

In Bitonto, at WE WORK SRL , 18 young people have started a new learning experience designed to help them explore future career opportunities, strengthen key competences and discover new pathways towards employment.

During the first sessions, participants explored key topics such as sustainability, teamwork, problem-solving and entrepreneurship through interactive activities and group work.

Over the coming weeks, they will work together, meet professionals, visit local companies and take part in hands-on learning experiences.

💬 Sharing ideas, building connections, and designing opportunities for the future!

During the meeting in Sarajevo, partners of the Skills for Transition for NEETs 2026 - powered by UniCredit - worked together to shape innovative training paths that will help 250 young NEETs strengthen their competences in the green transition sector.

The project will combine interactive workshops, practical laboratories, and company visits to give participants both knowledge and hands-on experience in Climate Change, Clean Energy, Circular Economy, and Green & Social Entrepreneurship.

📍 Sarajevo hosted the Partners’ Meeting of the Skills for Transition for NEETs 2026 - powered by UniCredit - from May 7th to 9th!

The project will train 250 NEETs in 7 European countries, providing new skills and opportunities in the green transition sector 🌱
