• quanto costa realmente ogni decisione

TRADITION BUILT THE WEALTH. STRATEGY WILL GROW IT.
Nebbiolo da Barolo prices have fallen from €4.30 to €2.70/kg — down 35% in a single year. Barbera d'Alba has dropped from €1.72 to €1.18. Nebbiolo destined for other uses has been cut in half.
Bottle prices remain unchanged. Growers who sell their grapes are losing up to 30% in operating margin. Some, rather than let unsold w**e go to waste, are turning it into vinegar.
Langhe w**e hasn't lost its value. It's the market that has changed.
When bottles sit unsold in the cellar, margins shrink and grape prices fall — this is a commercial and strategic problem.
For decades, experience, instinct, and tradition built extraordinary businesses, now known around the world. But every company, even the most solid, reaches a point where experience alone is no longer enough.
Today, success belongs to those who know precisely:
· where they truly generate margin
· which products create value and which ones drain it
· what each decision really costs
· which investments will pay off in 5 to 10 years
The family businesses that continue to thrive will be the ones able to turn numbers into decisions — without ever losing their identity.
Tradition brought you this far. Strategy is what will allow the next generations to protect and grow that legacy.
At Langhe Partners, we support w**e entrepreneurs with a vision that integrates taxation, corporate planning, management control, and business strategy — because the true value of a w**ery lies not only in the bottles it produces, but in the decisions it's able to make ahead of the market.
