ELEVATE: the project ends, but its impact continues

As ELEVATE formally concludes this October, we celebrate a shared European journey dedicated to supporting young women in developing entrepreneurial skills, building confidence, and overcoming barriers to business creation.

Through tailored training, practical tools, and mentoring with experienced professionals, participants strengthened their business planning skills, expanded their networks, and connected with a supportive community of peers and mentors across Europe.

This achievement was made possible by the commitment and expertise of our partnership's combined experience.

Although the funded project is ending, its results will remain available. ELEVATE’s training modules, course materials, and practical tools will continue to be freely accessible through the project website, supporting learners, mentors, and organisations beyond the project lifetime.

Thank you to every participant, mentor, partner, and supporter who contributed to this journey. Your ideas, energy, and collaboration made ELEVATE possible.

🗣️Over the past months, we've been listening to professional dancers across Europe, and the research is still growing with every new story we receive. !

Over the past months, we've been listening to professional dancers and stakeholders across Greece, Romania, Italy, and the Netherlands, exploring the realities of career transition in the performing arts.
Every conversation, experience, and story has helped us better understand the opportunities, challenges, and support that dancers need when taking their next professional step. Thank you to everyone who shared their time, honesty, and experiences with us. 💚

This is one of the many reflections that stayed with us throughout the research process, reminding us how deeply identity and career can be connected for professional dancers.

Se hai tra i 16 e i 30 anni e vuoi entrare in contatto con giovani di diverse parti del mondo, partecipa a Building Bridges, un progetto internazionale co-finanziato dall’Unione europea che unisce giovani e organizzazioni di Romania, Cipro, Italia, Somalia, Tanzania e Kenya.

Con questo progetto vogliamo offrire una possibilità di confronto su temi di interesse comune, quali l’inclusione, la partecipazione, il cambiamento climatico ed altri argomenti ispirati agli 11 obiettivi EU per i giovani. Il percorso comincia a Luglio con un breve percorso e-learning e in ottobre con gli scambi virtuali.
I moduli di eLearning possono essere completati in autonomia, seguendo il proprio ritmo. il calendario degli scambi virtuali sarà pubblicato a settembre. La modalità per partecipare è semplice. Registrati sul nostro sito, leggi i contenuti e preparati per un’esperienza unica.

Il ruolo di FRAMEWORK è guidare il consorzio nella pianificazione della sostenibilità, come un processo strutturato e accessibile. L'organizzazione aiuta i partner a riflettere su ciò che è stato raggiunto, a identificare quali risultati dovrebbero essere continuati e a tradurre le proprie idee in piani realistici di sostenibilità locale.

Questi piani supporteranno i partner nel mantenere vive le risorse del progetto, coinvolgere gli stakeholder e adattare i materiali alle esigenze future.

Today concluded the partners of BUILDING BRIDGES met in Torino. We meet them to plan the online learning program and the virtual exchanges program.
The aim of the program is facilitating virtual meetings among youth from 6 countries.

FRAMEWORK nasce per trasformare le idee in progetti concreti, capaci di rispondere ai bisogni reali delle persone, dei territori e delle organizzazioni. Per questo vogliamo partire proprio da te: dalle tue proposte, dalle sfide che osservi ogni giorno e dai temi che ritieni più importanti per costruire nuove opportunità di collaborazione.

Il 20 luglio ti invitiamo a raccontarci cosa vorresti che FRAMEWORK facesse nel futuro. Sarà un momento aperto di confronto, pensato per raccogliere idee, bisogni e proposte da trasformare in attività da avviare a partire da settembre.
In particolare, stiamo già guardando alla call di ottobre: un’occasione importante per sviluppare nuove iniziative progettuali e rafforzare il nostro network internazionale.

Non importa se la proposta è già definita o se è solo un’intuizione: il confronto servirà proprio a far emergere possibilità, collegamenti e percorsi comuni. Se hai tante idee, ancora meglio: il nostro network è pronto ad ascoltare, contribuire e costruire insieme.

Ti aspettiamo il 20 luglio: vieni a dirci cosa vuoi che facciamo nel futuro. Al resto, ci lavoreremo insieme.

STEP Project – Transnational Project Meeting in Athens
From 15–17 June 2026, partners of the STEP project gathered in Athens, Greece, hosted by Roes Cooperativa, for a productive Transnational Project Meeting.

During the meeting, partners reviewed project management and quality assurance procedures, discussed research progress, stakeholder engagement, dissemination activities, and the development of the future Transition Framework for dancers.

Key discussions focused on:
✔ Supporting dancers during career transitions
✔ Research and stakeholder engagement activities
✔ Policy recommendations and advocacy
✔ Framework development on entrepreneurship, cooperatives, and empowerment
✔ Communication and dissemination strategies

Partners also exchanged experiences from their countries and agreed on the next steps for completing interviews, focus groups, and national research reports.

Thank you to all partners for their valuable contributions and commitment to supporting sustainable career pathways for dancers across Europe.
