Kick-off in Athens: Shaping the Future of Career Transitions for Dancers!
We are thrilled to share that the consortium of the STEP Project (Support Transition & Empower Performers) is gathering in Athens for our very first official partners meeting!

Today's meeting in Athens is the foundational step toward bridging the gap between the cultural sector and adult education systems. By working together with education providers, dance organizations, and public authorities, we aim to ensure that a dancer's unique expertise is never lost, but rather reinvested into the wider economy.

If you look at the statistics, women consistently report higher levels of stress and mental fatigue than men. But honestly, we don’t need data to tell us that. Between juggling careers, carrying the "invisible load" of family life, and trying to meet endless societal expectations, most women I know are running on fumes.

When we feel overwhelmed, our instinct is usually to fight it. We try to optimize our schedules, hide our anxiety, or get frustrated with ourselves for not "handling it better."

But the truth is, fighting stress only creates more stress.

The problem is that mental well-being tools shouldn't be a luxury—yet the women who need them most often have the least access to them.

That is why I am so pleased to share a project Framework is working on at the moment: MindfulHER, an initiative co-funded by the European Union.

Every woman deserves a safe space within her own mind—a place of genuine peace that external chaos cannot touch. MindfulHER is making that possible.

How do we make social change stick?
When working on international cooperation projects like ENHANCE, launching an initiative is only step one. The real challenge is making sure the impact lasts long after the project timeline ends.

That is why on June 7th, during the 4th ENHANCE Partners' Meeting in Skopje, Framework is bringing concrete strategy to the table. Our very own Stefania will be presenting a masterclass on SUSTAINABILITY PLANNING for our partner organizations across the MENA region (Jordan, Morocco, and Egypt).

By co-creating durable, actionable sustainability roadmaps, we are ensuring that the tools developed to empower young women and challenge gender inequality continue to benefit local communities for years to come.
