🌿 The Green Team adventure is (almost) coming to an end!

The team gathered in Barcelona for the final in-person project meeting
Despite a potentially torrential rain event that disrupted plans, the meeting went ahead, however, the final conference had to be postponed for safety reasons.

A clear reminder that extreme weather events are on the rise and have a real impact on our lives... including playing sport or working on the links between sport and the environment.



👉 But we can already share what the project has brought us!

For petit pas : Stronger European cooperation, concrete tools to act locally, and a reinforced belief: sport can (and should) be a driver of ecological transition 💪💚

➡️ The Green Team final conference will now take place online and in English at the end of the month, stay tuned so you don’t miss it and can close this amazing project with us!

In the meantime, we encourage you to explore the project deliverables on our website, especially the online course we developed to support the implementation of an environmental and inclusive strategy.

✨ Un altro passo importante per un futuro sostenibile! Il nostro evento SISE in Italia è stato un successo! ✨

Siamo entusiasti di condividere il successo dell'evento

SISE (Sustainable and Inclusive Sport Events) che abbiamo organizzato ieri, 25 settembre, in occasione della Settimana Europea dello Sport. L'evento è una tappa fondamentale del progetto europeo Green Team, co-finanziato dall'Unione Europea.

Vogliamo rivolgere un ringraziamento speciale al Liceo Statale Francesco De Sanctis di Trani per averci ospitato e per la straordinaria collaborazione. La passione del Dirigente Scolastico, dei docenti di educazione fisica e soprattutto l'incredibile energia dei quasi 200 studenti coinvolti hanno reso la giornata memorabile.

Grazie a tutti coloro che hanno partecipato. Ogni evento come questo rafforza la rete e la consapevolezza, portandoci sempre più vicini a una cultura dello sport responsabile.

Innovazione e Sostenibilità: SISE, un modello operativo supportato dal progetto Green Team
Un invito a tutte le Federazioni Sportive e le organizzazioni del territorio.

Il 25 Settembre, in occasione della Settimana Europea dello Sport, Petit Pas e il Liceo De Sanctis Trani presentano SISE (Sustainable and Inclusive Sport Events), un evento pilota del progetto europeo "Green Team".

La nostra missione è testare un modello di evento sportivo a basso impatto ambientale e ad alta inclusione sociale.

Perché questo modello è un'opportunità per la Vostra organizzazione?
Il progetto Green Team offre un percorso di supporto completo per le federazioni che vogliono innovare, tra cui:

Formazione Gratuita: Accesso al corso e-learning "Green Team" per il vostro staff.

Supporto Operativo: Mentorship, toolkit e guide pratiche per tradurre la teoria in pratica.

Visibilità e Riconoscimento: Possibilità di competere per i "Green Team Awards", che premiano le migliori iniziative per sostenibilità e impatto.

Le amministrazioni pubbliche hanno un ruolo chiave nel definire il futuro dello sport e delle nostre comunità. Un evento sportivo non è solo una gara, ma un'opportunità di trasformazione sociale, economica ed educativa. 🏙️

Il progetto Green Team ha creato questo video per mostrare come le organizzazioni pubbliche possano guidare questa trasformazione. Dallo sviluppo di una strategia di sostenibilità al coinvolgimento della comunità, ogni passo è fondamentale.

Organizzare eventi sostenibili e inclusivi non è solo una scelta, ma un dovere strategico ed etico.
