La "VIS" Venetiae Incipit Scriptorium è un'associazione fondata nel 2015, ma attiva dal 1987, da 12 artisti da ogni dove e di ogni genere: Marie Catherine Letendre, Kathryn Shank Frate, Luisa Urgias, Antonio Forni, Zelda Rocchi, Lia Malfermoni, Alfredo Furlani, Morena Coppola, Daniela Bettella, Anita Cerpelloni, Frances Breen, Loredana Zega. Questi artisti hanno sentito la necessità di dar vita ad un gruppo attivo e pronto a raccontarsi. Le attività a Venezia si sono svolti presso la Scuola Internazionale di Grafica, Venezia e altri luoghi in Italia e all’estero. Organizza corsi, mostre e altre attività culturali/artistiche. VIS is a non-profit association, founded in April 2015 but active since 1987, by a group of international artists of calligraphy, bookbinding, painting, and printing.
