✨The New Associative Year of SISM has begun, which means that registrations and membership renewals are now officially open!
🔹But what is SISM?
The Segretariato Italiano Studenti in Medicina (Italian Medical Students’ Secretariat) is a non-profit, non-partisan, and non-denominational social promotion association that brings together students from the medical and healthcare fields.
For over 40 years, we have been committed to fostering the professional, personal, and ethical growth of future doctors, promoting educational, awareness-raising, and volunteer activities, with constant attention to the ethical and social aspects of health.
🌍 SISM is organized at both National and Local levels, with 42 active Local Committees throughout Italy.
It is a full member of IMSA, the International Federation of Medical Students’ Associations, which brings together medical student organizations from all over the world and maintains official relations with the WHO and the United Nations.
At the time of registration, it is also possible to activate a Carriera Alias pathway, indicating one’s chosen
name.
