We are pleased to announce the official start of project RE-MIND: A Mindfulness-Based Capacity-Building Model for Digital Wellbeing and Intergenerational Audience Engagement in Museums. 🎉

The project officially launched with a successful kick-off meeting in Rome, Italy on 16th and 17th April, bringing together 22 representatives from 11 partner organizations coming from Italy, Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Poland.

The meeting provided an important opportunity for partners to align on the project’s vision and discuss key aspects of implementation, including:
✔ Project objectives
✔ Planned activities
✔ Expected results
✔ Partnership roles and collaboration
✔ Initial implementation steps and future plans

RE-MIND aims to develop an innovative “Mindful Museum” model, integrating mindfulness, calm technology, and intergenerational co-creation to strengthen digital wellbeing and enhance audience engagement in museums.

This marks the beginning of an exciting collaboration, and we look forward to working together to create more inclusive, meaningful, and digitally balanced museum experiences.

💻 Last week, KODA’s representative took part in the online segment of the SafetyNET Kick-Off Meeting, joining partners from across Europe to align on the next steps of the project.

🔐 The discussion focused on establishing strong management structures, clarifying responsibilities, and setting the foundation for promoting safe and ethical use of digital tools in youth organization work.

🤝 Through active participation, KODA contributed its expertise in digitalisation ethics and innovation, particularly in relation to the development of the project’s digital platform.

🇪🇺 This project is co-funded by the European Union.
