When we are under stress, the body reacts too: posture, breathing, and physical tension can influence our emotional state and the way we deal with everyday situations.

Learning to recognize these signals is a first step toward regaining balance, presence, and awareness. ✨

This week we welcomed participants from Belgium and Malta to our course "Teenagers with Behaviour Disorders or Bad Boys?" for a rich experience of learning, discussion and international exchange.

Throughout the week, we explored different perspectives on adolescent behaviour, shared professional experiences and reflected on educational practices in a stimulating international setting.

A heartfelt thank you to all participants for their active involvement, openness and valuable contributions.

Thank you for being part of this experience. We hope to see you again in one of our future courses!

An internal mindfulness walking workshop held in the Park of the Reggia di Rivalta. 🌿

A mindful walking experience focused on listening to the body, being present, and connecting with the surrounding environment. This activity stems from the training pathway of the European project Wellbeing Academy, turning learning into concrete experiences shared within the team, promoting wellbeing, awareness, and attention in educational and professional contexts.

Taking care of one’s wellbeing helps people work with greater balance and prevent stress in everyday life. 🌱

When pressure rises, even small changes in your body can help you regain calm and focus.
Sometimes taking a brief pause and listening to your sensations is enough to move from an automatic reaction to a more conscious response.

The Smile Café project brought us to , Lithuania, where partners met to work together on the development of the project.
We were welcomed by the Lithuanian partner Baltic Skills, together with the partners EureCons Förderagentur GmbH and Alp activating leadership potential , to continue the collaborative work of the project.

With the European project Smile Café, we are creating a space for meeting and connection dedicated to people aged 55+, designed to counter loneliness and to value every stage of life.

Through moments of sharing, listening and activities that stimulate the mind and relationships, Smile Café promotes wellbeing, cognitive vitality and participation.
Within the project, there will also be opportunities to approach the digital world in a simple and accessible way, helping participants feel more confident and involved in a rapidly changing society.

The goal is to support the idea that ageing can be a season of growth and new possibilities.
A small community space where people can continue to flourish, cultivating relationships, interests and a sense of belonging.
