Ognuno di voi ha premuto quel tasto sapendo benissimo cosa stava scegliendo: una band nuova, senza etichetta, senza spinte promozionali, con solo la musica dalla propria parte. Una band che fa quello in cui crede, nel modo che conosce: con passione e contentezza e soprattutto tanta onestà.
Questo per noi vale tantissimo.
Noi stasera torniamo in saletta, nei quartieri generali di Rapallo, sia per suonare le nostre canzoni sia per mettere le basi sui prossimi step assieme. Giuriamo che se fosse più capiente vorremmo invitarvi dentro tutti e 170 adesso!
Clockwork Abyss esiste perché crediamo che il metal degli anni '80 non sia un'era finita ma un linguaggio ancora vivo. Voi siete qui perché probabilmente la pensate allo stesso modo e, in un certo senso, siete responsabili a pari livello di come il lavoro sia uscito fuori. Perché, onestamente, non ci piace raccontare la favola che abbiamo fatto questo lavoro solo come esercizio di stile o glorificazione personale, ma perché volevamo che sentiste anche voi che cosa avevamo in mente quando abbiamo concepito i brani.
Ora: c'è un live il prossimo 12 settembre di cui vi parleremo presto, e non è l'unica cosa che sta succedendo. C'è altro in cantiere, e vogliamo che siate lì a godervi lo spettacolo insieme a noi.
Se Clockwork Abyss vi ha suscitato qualcosa, spargetelo in giro e, soprattutto, fatecelo sapere qui sotto. Non perché lo dovete fare, ma solo se lo volete fare. Per noi fa la differenza. Sicuramente la stampa specialistica ha un peso incredibile, ma alla fine è il pubblico chi sa veramente offrire uno spaccato del proprio lavoro in musica.

Each of you pressed that button knowing full well what you were choosing: a new band, without a label, without promotional pressure, with only the music on your side. A band that does what they believe in, the way they know how: with passion, joy, and above all, honesty.
This means a lot to us.
Tonight we're returning to the rehearsal room, at our Rapallo headquarters, both to play our songs and to lay the groundwork for our next steps together. We swear that if it were bigger, we'd invite all 170 of you in right now!
Clockwork Abyss exists because we believe that '80s metal isn't a bygone era, but a language that's still alive. You're here because you probably think the same way and, in a certain sense, are equally responsible for how the work turned out. Because, honestly, we don't like to tell the tale that we made this work just as a stylistic exercise or personal glorification, but because we wanted you to hear what we had in mind when we conceived the songs.
Now: there's a live show on September 12th that we'll tell you about soon, and that's not the only thing happening. There's more in the works, and we want you to be there to enjoy the show with us.
If Clockwork Abyss inspired something in you, spread the word and, above all, let us know below. Not because you have to, but only if you want to. For us, it makes all the difference. The trade press certainly has incredible weight, but in the end, it's the audience who truly offers a glimpse into their musical work.
