Biodiversity governance becomes effective only when and are active partners, not passive recipients of environmental policies.

Participation is the bridge between environmental ambition and practical implementation.

Our Practical Guide provides concrete support for three target groups to become active partners in shaping environmental policies:

🔹Decision-makers

Each group has different motivations, responsibilities and benefits but all share a common interest: sustainable, legitimate and resilient biodiversity governance.
