🇪🇺 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
🧩 𝐃𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐭𝐞𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚. 𝐃𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐥'𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞.
Nei giorni scorsi Potenza è diventata il punto d'incontro di partner europei, operatori giovanili e professionisti provenienti da diversi Paesi, riuniti nell'ambito del progetto Erasmus Plus 𝐏𝐓𝐄 per una settimana di formazione, confronto e sperimentazione. 🤝
🌍 Formazione, confronto e tanta pratica! I partner europei hanno presentato i moduli formativi sviluppati durante il progetto e li hanno messi subito alla prova attraverso workshop, attività partecipative e lavori di gruppo: un modo concreto per sperimentare strumenti e metodologie insieme agli youth workers, raccogliendo idee e feedback per renderli ancora più efficaci.
🧩 Il valore aggiunto di questa esperienza è stato proprio il passaggio 𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐥'𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚: le attività sono state testate direttamente con i destinatari, raccogliendo osservazioni, feedback e suggerimenti utili per valutarne l'efficacia e migliorarne ulteriormente l'impatto.
💡ASCAE ha presentato il proprio modulo sul 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, favorendo il confronto tra partner e partecipanti in un clima di collaborazione, scambio interculturale e condivisione, da cui sono emerse nuove idee per costruire percorsi formativi sempre più inclusivi ed efficaci. Perché il cambiamento nasce quando si impara insieme!

Over the past few days, Potenza became a meeting point for European partners, youth workers, and professionals from different countries, who came together as part of the Erasmus+ 𝐏𝐓𝐄 project for a week of training, exchange, and hands-on learning. 🤝
🌍 Learning, sharing, and plenty of practical experience! European partners presented the training modules 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐬, participatory activities, and group work. This provided a valuable opportunity to test tools and methodologies alongside youth workers, gathering ideas and feedback to make them even more effective.
🧩 The real added value of this experience was the transition from planning to implementation: activities were tested directly with participants, allowing partners to collect observations, feedback, and suggestions to assess their effectiveness and further enhance their impact.
💡 ASCAE also presented its 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞, encouraging dialogue and collaboration among partners and participants in a spirit of intercultural exchange and shared learning. The experience generated new ideas and perspectives for developing training pathways that are increasingly inclusive, accessible, and effective.
