The Charting Futures consortium met once again in Portugal for the second project mobility, bringing together partners from across Europe to share progress, exchange insights and coordinate the next steps of our collaboration.
This meeting strengthened the ongoing work connected to the European Charter on Local Youth Work, part of the Europe Goes Local initiative, which aims to improve the quality and impact of youth work at local level across Europe.
During the working sessions, partners officially started co-creating the first practical tool of the project — a resource designed to support and strengthen youth participation in local communities.
Working side by side allowed partners to combine perspectives, refine ideas and design a tool that responds to real needs faced by youth workers and organisations in their daily practice.
This mobility marked an important step in turning ideas into action.
Guided by the core principles of youth work, the consortium transformed discussions into concrete pathways that will guide the next phases of the project and contribute to empowering local youth work across Europe.
