A local panel was organized in collaboration with the local Sports Union during their meeting. We presented the GreenLeague project, its outcomes, and goals, and encouraged the attending sports clubs to integrate the GreenLeague agenda into their club activities and policies.

Alen is a member of the Velenje Swimming Club. He joined the club 11 years ago as a junior swimmer.

He participated in his first major international competition in 2015 in Loano at the European Championship for people with Down syndrome. He was one of the youngest participants.

Today, Alen holds Slovenian record times for people with Down syndrome in all freestyle, butterfly, and medley swimming techniques, making a total of 10 national records.

He is also a medalist of the Special Olympics World Games in 2019.
