CreAItive Mind Project – International Online Debate Successfully Completed 🇮🇹🇵🇱🇧🇬

As part of our Erasmus+ KA220-SCH project “CreAItive Mind”, we successfully organized an international online debate bringing together students from Italy, Poland, and Bulgaria.

🧠 A total of 81 students actively participated in the debate focused on one of today’s most important questions:

❓ “Should Artificial Intelligence be banned or not at schools?”

During the activity, students demonstrated outstanding critical thinking, communication, argumentation, and digital awareness skills while discussing both the positive and negative impacts of AI on society, education, and daily life.

👏 The participants showed excellent performance throughout the debate, presenting strong arguments, respectful discussions, and creative perspectives. The activity clearly reflected the project’s main objective: encouraging young people to use artificial intelligence responsibly, consciously, and critically.

🌍 This international collaboration also strengthened intercultural dialogue and teamwork among young people from different European countries, helping them become active and responsible digital citizens.

🙏 We would especially like to thank the students and teachers of ITIS A. Russo for their valuable participation, enthusiasm, and contribution to the success of this important activity.

Together, we continue building a future where technology and human creativity develop hand in hand. 🚀

🇪🇺 CreAItive Mind Project – Second International Meeting in Italy 🇮🇹

As part of our Erasmus+ KA220-SCH project “CreAItive Mind”, project partners successfully held the second international meeting in Italy. During this productive mobility, participants from partner countries,Bulgaria and Poland, came together to strengthen cooperation, evaluate project progress, and plan upcoming activities.

📌 On the first day of the meeting, the partners discussed the overall project process, reviewed the completed tasks, and planned the future activities and responsibilities within the project framework. Important decisions were taken regarding the next implementation phases and dissemination activities.

🏫 On the second day, we had the opportunity to visit ITIS A. Russo, one of the collaborating institutions contributing to the project activities. During the visit, we closely examined the innovative projects developed by the students, including robots, go-karts, racing engines, and various technical productions. We also observed impressive 3D laser scanning applications and digital production processes carried out by the students.

👏 We would like to sincerely thank the school administration, teachers, and students of ITIS A. Russo for their warm hospitality, valuable contributions, and inspiring presentations. Their innovative educational approach and technological projects greatly enriched our project experience.

🌍 In addition to the project activities, the participants also took part in cultural visits to the beautiful towns of Tropea and Monteporo, where they had the opportunity to discover the local culture, history, and traditions of the region.

🤝 This international meeting once again highlighted the importance of European cooperation, intercultural exchange, and innovative education in developing young people’s digital, creative, and critical thinking skills.

Successful Mobility Experience in Calabria, Italy

We are delighted to share the successful completion of a two-week international mobility programme for students from a Tourism School in Bulgaria, organized within the framework of a European project.

During their stay in Calabria, participants gained valuable practical experience in one of the region’s leading resorts, developing professional skills in:

🏨 Hotel Administration
🛎️ Reception Services
👨‍🍳 Culinary Arts
🍽️ Restaurant Service (Cameriere)

The mobility provided students with an excellent opportunity to apply their knowledge in a real working environment, improve their professional competencies, and experience international hospitality standards.

Beyond the workplace, participants enriched their cultural understanding through educational visits to some of Calabria’s most beautiful destinations:

📍 Scilla – the charming fishing village known for its stunning coastline and rich mythology
📍 Reggio Calabria – home to remarkable history, culture, and the famous Riace Bronzes
📍 Tropea – one of Italy’s most iconic seaside towns, renowned for its breathtaking views and heritage

CreAitive Mind" Workshops: A Huge Success at ITI "A. Russo"!
We are thrilled to share the successful completion of 4 intensive workshops involving 51 students from the ITI "A. Russo" in Nicotera. 🎓✨
Over the course of the sessions—two dedicated to Fake News and two focused on Deepfakes—the students stepped into the roles of "Myth Hunters" and "Truth Detectives" to tackle the challenges of altered reality and digital misinformation. 🕵️‍♂️💻
What we covered:
Misleading News: Learning how to spot clickbait titles and break out of "echo chambers."
Deepfakes: Identifying video and audio manipulations created by Artificial Intelligence.
Critical Thinking: Mastering the art of fact-checking and verifying sources before sharing.
It was inspiring to see the students collaborate in groups, analyze real-world cases, and engage in passionate discussions about the ethics of the digital world.
🙏 A Special Thank You
