Perché dopo aver visto tutti le cose positive portate da Retake Roma abbiamo pensato di riproporlo nella nostra città! Retake Roma è un movimento che parte dai cittadini, no-profit e che mira ad eliminare gli atti di vandalismo, nelle forme di tagging, adesivi e rifiuti, che affliggono la città di Roma. Alcuni "graffiti" possono considerarsi come forma d'espressione artistica se dipinti con il per
messo del proprietario, il graffito fatto invece senza autorizzazione del proprietario o dell'autorità pubblica, è semplicemente vandalismo e quindi giustamente punito dalla legge con sanzioni sia penali che civili. Retake Roma promuove la legittima espressione artistica, incoraggiando artisti di talento a promuovere il loro lavoro in luoghi pubblici come serrande o altri luoghi pubblici e privati, previa autorizzazione (e magari sollecitando un contributo!). Per raggiungere i nostri obiettivi ripuliamo i quartieri e ripristiniamo i muri, o "ce ne ri-appropriamo", oltre a lavorare per indurre nei romani di tutte le età la consapevolezza e l'interesse a prendersi cura della Città Eterna, attraverso conferenze, social media e collaborazioni con le organizzazioni orientate allo stesso obiettivo, soprattutto gli enti educativi. La nostra speranza è che, attraverso la ricerca incessante di questi obiettivi, saremo in grado di creare una coscienza collettiva, tra cittadini e turisti, al fine di diventare responsabili per la tutela, la conservazione e il miglioramento continuo di questa bellissima città. Because after we have seen all the positive things brought from Retake Roma we have thought to propose the same in our town! Retake Roma is a movement that originates from common citizens, it is no – profit and it aims to remove all the act of vandalism, as tagging, wall stickers and rubbish that distress the City of Rome. Some of the “graffiti” are considered as art expression if they painted behind the owner permission, on the opposite side, when a writer does a graffiti without any authorization of the owner or the competent authorities, it is just a vandal act and it must be punished from the law. Retake Roma is happy to support the right art expression, by encouraging talented artists promoting their work in public areas like shop shutters and other private and public places behind permission (and perhaps pushing for a donation!). To reach our goals, we clean our neighbourhood and walls, or we “get them back”, and we work to build awareness and interest among Romans of all ages to take care of the Eternal City through conventions, social media and collaborations with similarly oriented organizations, especially through the school. Our hope is that through the relentless pursuit of these goals, we will be able to create a collective consciousness among citizens and visitors to became more responsible for the safeguard, conservation and incessant improvement of this beautiful city. https://www.facebook.com/retakeroma/
