Recruitment season is once again upon us, so if you’re a creative looking to cause a storm, you’re in luck.

Events: we’re searching for proactive individuals, who thrive in fast-paced teams and are ready to drive independent and collaborative projects forwards. You should be comfortable connecting with new people, venues and institutions and have a strong knowledge of the cultural scene in Milan and abroad, whether that be arts, design, architecture or music.
Editorial: we’re looking for curious minds passionate about arts and culture, eager to write engaging articles on design, music, cinema, fashion, photography. Strong writing skills, English fluency, and a talent for storytelling are what we’re after.
Marketing: we want visionaries with a strong aesthetic eye and a love for visual storytelling, people who can shape the voice of our community across Instagram and other socials. If you’re fluent in English, in touch with the creative scene, proactive and motivated, this might be your match.
Graphics: we’re looking for creatives with a sharp eye for visual detail and a solid understanding of graphic anatomy, people who can turn ideas into clear, compelling designs. If you’re fluent in English, confident with Adobe suites, innovative, and able to thrive under pressure while working well in a team, this could be your place.
