Introduced to our members at Main Coffee at Circolo Volta in Milan, this incredible organization has been helping women affected by domestic violence since 2000, providing protection, empowerment, and psychological support.
With a dedicated team of psychologists, lawyers, and counselors, Cerchi d’Acqua offers essential assistance to those in need. Together, we stand for a future free from violence. 💜

A new project supporting women in their fifties in finding a job is kicking off in Milan.

Diana De Marchi, delegate councillor for employment policies, social policies, and equal opportunities of the Metropolitan City of Milan, has launched this new program which was conceived during a talk organized by the Professional Women Group of Benvenuto Club coordinated by Laura Artero.

The goal is to address the needs of women - with interrupted careers or career changes due to moving to other countries or maternity - who are struggling to re-enter the job market.

Moreover, the speaker discussed the active policies implemented by the Metropolitan City of Milan aimed at creating equal opportunities, such as the Claudia Project—a welfare toolkit composed of best practices for companies to bridge the gender gap in our society. Women are the ones working the most precarious jobs in our society.
