During Milan Fashion Week last February, some of AFA’s talents had the opportunity of meeting with Phelps global director of Vogue Runway and Vogue Business and head of editorial content American Vogue and co-host of the run-through with Vogue, for a special mentorship session.

It was a rich moment of exchange, dialogue, and insight, an opportunity for the creatives to share their visions, ask questions, and gain valuable perspectives from two leading voices in the fashion industry.

At Afro Fashion Association, creating spaces for connection, mentorship, and growth remains at the heart of what we do.
