💡 Two days of learning, collaboration, and European connections in Lecce! ✨
On June 25–26, garagErasmus, together with ITS Academy Della Puglia and ESAA, brought together representatives of the gE4Cities network and ErasMAG reporters for an inspiring training experience.
Participants explored two dedicated learning tracks:
🌱 Growing Stronger: Skills, structure, and innovation for sustainable volunteer networks - focused on organisational development, volunteer engagement, and innovation for sustainable volunteer-based networks.
🎙️ Voices of Europe: Journalism in Action for the Next Generation - dedicated to media literacy, journalism, and storytelling for the next generation.
Through non-formal education, peer learning, hands-on activities, and the exchange of experiences, participants strengthened their skills while connecting them directly to their organisations, careers, and personal growth.💪
From building stronger volunteer networks to developing impactful communication and storytelling, the training empowered everyone to turn learning into action - promoting active citizenship, European engagement, and the long-term sustainability and visibility of the garagErasmus community. 💙
