Craft & Recharge – 7 Days for Creativity & Wellbeing 🕊️
How can we take care of ourselves when work, education and creativity start taking more energy than they give?
As part of the international Erasmus+ training course Craft & Recharge, we created a practical set of 7 cards – one for each day of the week. They offer simple exercises and micro-practices combining handicraft, rest, reflection and healthier habits for creative and educational work.
PAUSE. CREATE. OFFLINE. LET GO. CONNECT. SUSTAIN. RECHARGE.
Choose one card each day, give yourself 10–30 minutes and try the suggested activity. The goal is not to achieve a perfect result or create another product. It is about slowing down, working with your hands, taking a break from screens, connecting with others and finding your own way to recharge.
The cards were designed especially for educators, youth workers and craftspeople, but they can be used by anyone who wants to build a healthier and more sustainable relationship with work and creativity.
The material was developed as an outcome of the Craft & Recharge project, implemented within the framework of Erasmus+ accreditation of the Handmade Semper Art, through international cooperation, in particular with the International Non-Formal Group DAR for peace and equality.

Як подбати про себе, коли робота, освіта та творчість починають забирати більше енергії, ніж дають?
У межах міжнародного тренінгу Erasmus+ Craft & Recharge ми створили практичний набір із 7 карток – по одній на кожен день тижня. Це прості вправи та мікропрактики, які поєднують рукоділля, відпочинок, рефлексію та формування здорових звичок у творчій роботі.

Щодня обирайте одну картку, приділяйте собі 10–30 хвилин і виконуйте запропоноване завдання. Мета не в ідеальному результаті чи створенні ще одного продукту. Важливо зупинитися, попрацювати руками, відпочити від екранів, налагодити зв’язок з іншими та знайти власний спосіб відновлення.
Картки створені насамперед для освітян, молодіжних працівників та майстрів/майстринь, але користуватися ними може кожен, хто прагне більш збалансованого ставлення до роботи та творчості.
Матеріал створено як результат проєкту Craft & Recharge, реалізованого в межах акредитації Erasmus+ Фундації Semper Art за міжнародної співпраці, зокрема з International Non-Formal Group “DAR for Peace and Equality”.
