🇪🇸 Creative Theatre/Dance and Performance
Through theatre exercises and improvisation activities, young participants from the Spanish partner organization explored themes of inclusion, cooperation, and empathetic communication. Artistic collaboration strengthened their sense of belonging and helped overcome cultural barriers by engaging at least 30 young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, who worked together to share their experiences and build meaningful connections through art.
By promoting social inclusion through creativity and intercultural collaboration, the activity encouraged dialogue among young people from diverse backgrounds, creating a safe and supportive environment where participants could express themselves freely. Peer interaction and collective artistic creation enhanced social cohesion, reducing feelings of isolation and increasing self-confidence.
The development and management of artistic projects enabled participants to strengthen essential skills such as organization, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication. These competences are highly relevant for future educational and professional opportunities. Furthermore, the hands-on experience of planning and delivering an artistic event provided practical insight into the processes involved in managing cultural and creative initiatives, empowering young people to become active contributors to their communities and the cultural sector.
