NéA is a non-profit association which aims to promote local development, facilitating contacts and collaborations between people and organizations, promoting exchanges and interactions between different cultures. The association is especially committed to the implementation of activities concerning to youth policies, training and intercultural awareness. NéA's purpose is local development in all i
ts possible forms and contents, facilitating contacts and exchanges between different territories with particular attention to the following areas: civil society and active citizenship, youth, interculturalism, training and education, equal opportunities and social inclusion, local and sustainable development, territorial animation and management of multi-stakeholder participatory processes. NéA carries out participatory planning activities in partnership with local governments, educational institutions, associations, institutional bodies and third sector organizations. NéA also carries out activities of information and awareness raising on the EU opportunities and European citizenship, organizing meetings in collaboration with schools, municipalities and associations.
