So, if you are a motivated Youth aged 15/17, who wants to be a part of the USO team, give back to the community, and become a leader with skills, submit your application! 🎉 Join us in congratulating our August Volunteer of the Month, Carlos Rivera! 🎉

Carlos joined the USO Sigonella volunteer team in July and has already contributed an incredible 82 hours of volunteer service! 🙌

Carlos has quickly become a wonderful ambassador for the USO Reading Program, helping us double participation by hosting dedicated reading sessions and making sure his unit knows about this meaningful program.

When Carlos first learned about the Reading Program, he immediately thought of his own son. He became emotional while sharing how meaningful the program was to him and knew right away that he wanted to bring it to his squadron and share that experience with others.

Carlos shared, “The USO has been a saving grace, as it has given me something meaningful to do and awesome people to interact with.” ❤️

Carlos, your passion, initiative, and dedication to serving others have already made such an incredible impact in such a short time. Congratulations, Carlos!

Thank you to all those who came out and enjoyed our weekly Troop Time!

A huge thank you to our amazing volunteers who continually make these events such a success.

This week was extra special—we fueled up with delicious Chipotle-style burrito bowls and got to hang out with a wonderful furry friend who brightened everyone's day!

If you missed out on the food and fun, DON'T WORRY! Come see us again next Thursday for our amazing Chili Dogs. Bring a friend, grab some lunch, and play some awesome games!

We had a splashing good time yesterday at Teddy Bear Club! ☀️ We beat the heat with fun water games, baby pools, duckies, water toys, and plenty of smiles! A huge shoutout to our rockstar volunteers, Mirko and Angela, who kept the little ones’ water guns filled and made sure the pools were flowing! We wrapped up our playtime with a fun back-to-school story and are already looking forward to next month’s Teddy Bear Club!
