Il fiume è la radice del mare 🌊
Durante We Can Blu It! 2026, abbiamo scambiato due chiacchiere con Federica di , la fondazione ambientalista che da oltre 40 anni si dedica alla tutela del mare, e Olesia Raspanova, , nel ruolo di intervistatrice.
Dalla loro sede galleggiante sul Tevere, il team di Marevivo osserva ogni giorno cosa le correnti portano con sé: dalla plastica monouso alle fibre tessili incastrate tra gli alberi lungo le sponde, fino a rifiuti ingombranti lasciati con disattenzione.
Tutto ciò che finisce nel fiume arriva inevitabilmente al mare. Proteggere le sponde del Tevere significa proteggere i nostri oceani. È tempo che ognuno di noi diventi un vero "guardiano" del nostro fiume e del nostro mare!

The river is the source of the sea 🌊
During We Can Blu It! 2026, we had a chat with Federica from Marevivo—the environmental foundation that has been dedicated to protecting the sea for over 40 years—and Olesia Raspanova of Six Senses Rome, who served as the interviewer.
From their floating headquarters on the Tiber, the Marevivo team observes every day what the currents carry with them: from single-use plastic to textile fibers caught in the trees along the banks, all the way to bulky waste carelessly discarded.
Everything that ends up in the river inevitably reaches the sea. Protecting the banks of the Tiber means protecting our oceans. It’s time for each of us to become a true “guardian” of our river and our sea!
