Il Gravedona Chamber Music Festival, organizzato dall’Associazione ClassicAreale, nasce dal desiderio della Dottoressa Clara Curtoni e del Maestro Jacopo Di Tonno di divulgare la bellezza e la magia della musica da camera, con la convinzione che la musica sia la migliore medicina per l’anima.
È una manifestazione di rilievo nel panorama dei festival di musica classica europei e ogni anno vedrà es
ibirsi artisti e gruppi di fama internazionale. Con grande entusiasmo il violoncellista Enrico Dindo ha accettato la presidenza onoraria del Festival e il suo pensare la musica sarà modello e filo conduttore a cui ci ispireremo. Dopo i grandi successi ottenuti dalle prime due edizioni quest’anno sarà un anno ancora più speciale. Abbiamo desiderato fortemente questa Terza Edizione ed a inaugurarla sarà il “Quartetto zArt”. Questa Edizione vuole essere la nostra dedica per l’anniversario dei 100 anni dalla nascita di Piero Farulli, membro storico del “Quartetto Italiano” e Fondatore della Scuola di Musica di Fiesole. Come vedrete anche i “titoli” dei singoli concerti avranno al loro interno sempre il “Quartetto”. Avremo tanti graditissimi ritorni e per ben due concerti la nostra Francesca D**o sostenitrice del progetto nonché socio onorario dell’Associazione, che ha accettato con entusiasmo di portare il proprio contributo alla vita musicale del Lago di Como, essendo originaria di Colico. Il Gravedona Chamber Music Festival, che si terrà nel mese di agosto quest’anno si svolgerà interamente al Palazzo Gallio per garantire al pubblico la massima sicurezza prevista dal decreto legge del governo. The Gravedona Chamber Music Festival, organised by the ClassicAreale association, was born from the desire of Dr. Clara Curtoni and Maestro Jacopo Di Tonno to share the beauty and magic of chamber music, firm in their belief that music is the best medicine for the soul. It is now an important event in the European classical music festival scene and every year artists and chamber groups of international renown participate. Famed cellist Enrico Dindo accepted with great enthusiasm to be the Festival’s honorary president and his vision of music-making will always be our model and source of inspiration. After the great success of the first two editions, this year will be even more special. We passionately looked forward to this Third Edition and inaugurating it will be the "Quartetto zArt". This season we will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the birth of Piero Farulli, legendary member of the Quartetto italiano and Founder of the Music School of Fiesole. As you will see, the individual concerts will always contain the word "Quartet". We will have many very welcome artists returning including, in two concerts, Francesca D**o, a supporter of the project as well as an honorary member of the Association. Francesca accepted enthusiastically to contribute to the musical life of Lake Como, being originally from Colico. The Gravedona Chamber Music Festival will be held in August this year and take place entirely at “Palazzo Gallio” to ensure maximum safety for the public in accordance with the government’s Legislative Decree.
