At , Save the Artistic Heritage hosted a landmark conference to challenge the taboo around reproductions in art. Experts, curators, and museum professionals came together to discuss the new patented approach for certified digital editions — opening a dialogue on authenticity, preservation, and access in the modern art world.

Save the Artistic Heritage introduced a groundbreaking patented approach to certified digital editions of masterpieces.

By creating museum-verified digital files of works such as Raphael’s Marriage of the Virgin and Hayez’s The Kiss, this innovation opens new opportunities for cultural accessibility and sustainable funding — reshaping how we think about authenticity, preservation, and patronage in the digital age.

What an inspiring day at the Biblioteca Braidense on November 24th for “Copies, Replicas and Editions in the History of Art”, a symposium organized in collaboration with Pinacoteca di Brera, with the support of Cinello and Fondazione Cariplo.

Together, they offered new insights into the history and future of copies, replicas, and digital editions in the preservation and dissemination of cultural heritage.

A heartfelt thank you to all the speakers and to the wonderful audience who joined us.

A rainy day in Milan, and in the Save the Artistic Heritage showroom, the light rests on the face of La Scapigliata by Leonardo da Vinci.
This limited digital edition, created in collaboration with the Complesso Monumentale della Pilotta in Parma, embodies the union of art, technology, and preservation — a way to experience a masterpiece while respecting its history and essence.

Painted around 1508, La Scapigliata is one of Leonardo’s most enigmatic works — an unfinished portrait that reveals his mastery in capturing human grace through just a few delicate brushstrokes. Its mystery and tenderness continue to inspire artists and admirers worldwide.

Over the past weeks, Save the Artistic Heritage has proudly hosted three extraordinary events at the prestigious Brown’s Hotel, Rocco Forte Hotels in London. At the heart of these gatherings, we presented the limited and authenticated digital edition of Raphael’s masterpiece, The Marriage of the Virgin, certified by the Pinacoteca di Brera.

Through insightful dialogues with leading figures in the art world—Dr. Angelo Crespi (Director of the Brera Museum, Milan), Per Rumberg (Curator of Florence 1504 and Head of Curatorial Dept of the National Gallery), Arturo Galansino (Director of Palazzo Strozzi), James Bradbourne (former Director of the Pinacoteca di Brera & Fondazione Palazzo Strozzi), and Mario Cristiani (President of Save the Artistic Heritage)—we explored new ways of preserving, sharing, and celebrating artistic heritage.

Since our founding, we have been committed to the protection and conservation of artistic heritage, with a special focus on Italian cultural treasures. However, our broader mission extends to supporting institutions worldwide in preserving and promoting their collections.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us in London and contributed to these meaningful discussions. All our activities are shared with the museums that hold the original masterpieces, ensuring their ongoing support and preservation.

Stay tuned for our next initiatives as we continue to bring the world's greatest art to new audiences! 🎨✨
