Youth at Work Partnership

Youth at Work Partnership The official page of the Youth@Work Strategic Partnership on Youth Employability & Entrepreneurship!

Established in January 2018, the Youth@Work Partnership on Youth Employability and Entrepreneurship is a transnational institutional alliance of 11 Erasmus+ National Agencies (NAs), 4 SALTO-YOUTH Resource Centres (SALTOs), as well as the Resource Centre for the European Solidarity Corps. Youth@Work intends to create synergies between different activities and support measures organised in the areas

of youth employability and entrepreneurship in the context of the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps EU Programmes. The focus is on supporting how Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps can be used as an instrument to foster youth employability and entrepreneurship, and to reinforce networking and the exchange of practices among the European countries and EU partner regions covered by the partnership.

It’s a wrap 🙌🏼 The final day was dedicated to looking ahead: transforming what emerged during the Youth@Work: Sports & Entrepreneurship seminar into concrete ideas, possible collaborations and next steps among the organisations involved.

💡Participants worked on creativity and future project planning, exploring how new initiatives can grow from the intersection of youth work, sport and entrepreneurship. Starting from shared interests and common needs, they developed possible follow-up actions and cooperation paths to be continued after the seminar.

🏞️A key part of the day focused on individual planning. Using the metaphor of the spiral, participants reflected on their own learning journey and identified specific steps they want to take once back in their organisations and communities. Through peer mirroring, they questioned each other in clarifying ideas, recognising strengths and making future actions more concrete.

🤝The group also completed a broader reflective process on what is needed when working across sectors. We explored the essential factors to keep in mind to connect youth work, entrepreneurship and sport and the capacity to create value for young people.

🏠The seminar closed with evocative images and a personal reflection question: “Who is the me that is going back home?” A simple but powerful way to visualise what each participant is taking from the experience,  not only as knowledge, but as motivation, perspective and intention.
