🌍 Empower to Inspire – A Journey for Youth Work Innovators
📍Shëngjin, Albania
📆 7–14 December 2025

An inspiring Erasmus+ Training Course that brought together youth workers from Albania, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Kosovo, Romania, Spain, and Portugal.

An engaging non-formal training experience designed for youth workers eager to unlock their inner strength and inspire change.

Throughout the journey, participants developed self-awareness, cultivated resilience, and explored practical tools to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people and their communities.

Held in the vibrant setting of Shëngjin, Albania, this Erasmus+ Training Course was a space for learning, connection, and transformation.

🔸IMPACTFUL JOURNEYS II – Florence, Italy | 01–08 December 2025

A week full of learning, sharing and inspiration during our Study Visit on Youth Active Participation!

Participants from Lithuania, Latvia, Serbia, Spain, Italy, and Croatia came together in Florence to explore good practices in civic engagement and youth work, connect with local initiatives, and discover tools to empower young people in their communities.

Through visits, discussions and creative workshops, we reflected on how youth participation can shape stronger, more inclusive societies.

🌍 Impactful Journeys | Sustainable Tourism for Conscious Youth Workers 🌱

From 10 to 17 November, youth workers from Serbia, Portugal, Lithuania, Italy, Spain, Slovakia, and Turkey came together in Florence for a unique Erasmus+ Study Visit focused on sustainable tourism and active youth participation.

We explored the city through a different lens — meeting local NGOs, discovering grassroots initiatives, and learning how tourism can empower communities and promote social change. 💬

Because being a youth worker also means inspiring others to travel consciously and act responsibly. 🧭

🌍 Call per partecipanti dall’ Italia - Study Visit Erasmus+ “Impactful Journeys 2”

Stiamo cercando 3 youth worker tra i 18 e i 35 anni, residenti in Italia (priorità a chi risiede in Toscana) interessati al tema della partecipazione attiva dei giovani nelle comunità locali, per partecipare a una study visit a Firenze e dintorni.

📅 Quando: 1–8 dicembre 2025
📍 Dove: Firenze e dintorni
🏡 Alloggio: Villa Morghen, Settignano
🍽 Vitto e alloggio: coperti dal progetto

La study visit prevede visite e attività per approfondire strategie e buone pratiche nel campo della partecipazione attivita dei giovani, con un focus su esperienze locali e innovative.

✅ Requisiti:

- Età 18-35 anni
- Residenza in Italia (priorità residenti in Toscana)
- Esperienza come youth worker, educatore giovanile o volontariato nelle associazioni giovanili.
- Interesse per l'attivismo giovanile e progetti europei
