Yesterday was another training day for our girls. Another opportunity to learn, improve, support one another, and grow together.

When people see scholarships, tournaments, or awards, they often see the results.

What they don't always see are the hundreds of training sessions that make those achievements possible.

This is where confidence is built.
This is where friendships grow.
This is where dreams begin.

On May 25 - World Football Day, we celebrate something bigger than the game itself.

We celebrate courage.
Opportunity.
Dreams that once felt impossible.

For many girls in Pakistan, football is not just a sport.

It is the first time being part of a team.
The first time being encouraged to lead.
The first time imagining a future beyond the limits society placed around them.

At A Goal to Dream, we have seen football become so much more than a game.

A football pitch became a classroom.
A jersey became a symbol of confidence.
A training session became the beginning of a new life.

From the remote Yasin Valley to Layyah, girls who once had little access to sport are now competing in tournaments, earning scholarships, and opening doors that once seemed closed forever.

Because football, at its best, does not just create players.

It creates belief.

Our 𝑨 𝑮𝒐𝒂𝒍 𝒕𝒐 𝑫𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒎 – 𝑳𝒂𝒚𝒚𝒂𝒉 𝑨𝒄𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒎𝒚 proudly secured the Runner-Up position at the Multan Women Football Cup 2026.

After losing their opening group-stage match, many teams would have lost confidence. But not these girls.

They came back stronger, defeated the host team from Multan, earned their place in the semi-finals, fought their way into the final, and finished the tournament as the 2nd best team.

For us, this is about much more than football...

These are girls coming from communities where opportunities for sport are still limited, and where simply stepping onto the pitch can be an act of courage.

To reach the final of a competitive tournament is a huge achievement, and a powerful sign of how far they have already come.

Every match played, every challenge faced, every goal scored is helping build confidence, leadership, and belief.

We are proud of our Layyah girls, coaches, and everyone supporting this journey.

This is only the beginning!✨
