Every Certification Opens New Doors.

Your first certification is only the beginning.
Every course you complete adds something valuable.
New knowledge.
New skills.
New confidence.
With each step, the underwater world becomes a little bigger.
Maybe it's your first night dive.
Your first wreck.
Your first deep dive.
Or your first experience using enriched air.
Every new challenge expands your abilities and helps you become a safer, more confident diver.
The goal isn't to collect certification cards.
The goal is to collect experiences.
Because every new skill allows you to explore places that once seemed out of reach.
Learning never ends.
And that's one of the greatest things about diving.

💬 Which certification changed the way you dive the most?

The Best Dive Begins Before You Enter the Water

Great dives rarely happen by chance.
They begin with a plan.
Where are we going?
How deep?
How long?
What are the conditions?
What happens if something changes?
These aren't just questions for technical divers.
They're questions every diver should ask before every dive.
A few minutes spent planning can prevent unnecessary stress underwater.
Good planning allows everyone in the team to know the objectives.
To understand the route.
To communicate effectively.
And to react confidently if something doesn't go exactly as expected.
Planning doesn't reduce adventure.
It makes adventure safer.
The more prepared you are on the surface...
The more relaxed you'll be underwater.
Because confidence begins long before the descent.

💬 What's the first thing you always discuss during your dive briefing?

I movimenti diventano fluidi.
Perché padroneggiare l'assetto significa padroneggiare l'immersione stessa.

💬 Cosa ti ha aiutato di più a migliorare il tuo assetto?

Perfect Buoyancy Is a Journey, Not a Destination.

Every diver remembers learning buoyancy.
But the truth is...
Nobody ever stops improving it.
Excellent buoyancy isn't about floating motionless for a few seconds.
It's about complete control.
Control of your breathing.
Control of your movement.
Control of your position in the water.
When buoyancy improves, everything becomes easier.
Air consumption decreases.
Movement becomes effortless.
Marine life remains undisturbed.
The underwater world becomes even more enjoyable.
The best divers aren't constantly adjusting.
They appear to become part of the water itself.
That's not talent.
That's practice.
Every dive is another opportunity to become smoother.
Calmer.
More efficient.
Because mastering buoyancy means mastering diving itself.

💬 What helped you improve your buoyancy the most?

Continuing Education Creates Opportunities.

Every certification is a milestone.
But it is not the end of the journey.
One of the greatest strengths of diving is that there is always something new to learn.
New skills.
New environments.
New specialties.
New challenges.
Continuing education helps divers expand their abilities and discover opportunities they may never have considered before.
For some, it leads to deeper exploration.
For others, it leads to professional development.
For many, it simply increases confidence and enjoyment underwater.
Growth happens when we remain curious.
When we continue learning.
When we continue challenging ourselves.
Because every new course opens the door to new experiences.

💬 Which course had the biggest impact on your diving journey?

Equipment Familiarity Builds Confidence.

Confidence underwater does not come from equipment alone.
It comes from understanding how that equipment works.
Every regulator.
Every BCD.
Every computer.
Every piece of equipment has a purpose.
Divers who take the time to become familiar with their equipment often feel more comfortable, more relaxed and more prepared to respond when conditions change.
Equipment familiarity improves efficiency.
It reduces stress.
It supports better decision-making.
Most importantly, it helps divers focus on enjoying the experience instead of worrying about their gear.
The best divers know their equipment well.
Not because they expect problems.
But because preparation creates confidence.
And confidence helps create better diving experiences.

💬 Which piece of diving equipment took you the longest to fully understand?

Small Actions Protect Big Blue.

When people think about protecting the ocean, they often imagine large conservation programs and international initiatives.
These efforts are important.
But meaningful change also begins with small actions.
A diver who maintains proper buoyancy.
A diver who avoids touching marine life.
A diver who picks up a piece of debris.
A diver who shares responsible diving practices with others.
None of these actions may seem significant on their own.
Yet together they create a powerful impact.
Ocean conservation is not something reserved for scientists or organizations.
It is something every diver can support through daily decisions.
The underwater world gives us extraordinary experiences.
Protecting it begins with the choices we make every time we enter the water.
Because small actions, repeated consistently, help protect something very big.

💬 What small action do you take to help protect the ocean?

Safe Ascents Are Built On Discipline.

One of the most important parts of any dive happens at the end.
The ascent.
It may seem routine.
It may seem simple.
But safe ascents require attention, awareness and discipline.
Good ascent practices are not based on luck.
They are based on training.
Preparation.
Situational awareness.
And the willingness to follow proven procedures every time.
Monitoring ascent rate.
Maintaining buddy awareness.
Performing appropriate safety stops.
Managing buoyancy correctly.
These habits help reduce risk and contribute to safer, more enjoyable diving experiences.
The most experienced divers understand an important truth:
Safety is often the result of consistently doing simple things well.

Every dive.
Every time.

💬 What ascent habit do you consider most important?

Every Dive Adds Experience.

No diver becomes experienced overnight.
Experience is built one dive at a time.
One lesson learned.
One challenge overcome.
One new environment explored.
One moment of discovery.
Every dive teaches something.
Sometimes it is a technical skill.
Sometimes it is a lesson in patience.
Sometimes it is simply a reminder of how much there is still to learn.
The most accomplished divers never stop being students of the ocean.
They understand that growth is a continuous process.
Every dive adds knowledge.
Every dive adds confidence.
Every dive becomes part of a larger journey.
That journey is one of the reasons diving remains rewarding for a lifetime.

💬 What was the most important lesson from one of your dives?

Situational Awareness Starts Before The Dive.

Many divers think situational awareness begins underwater.
In reality, it begins much earlier.
It starts when we evaluate conditions.
When we check equipment.
When we review our dive plan.
When we discuss objectives with our buddy.
Good divers are constantly observing.
They notice changes in weather.
They monitor conditions.
They anticipate challenges before they become problems.
Situational awareness is not a single skill.
It is a mindset.
A habit that helps divers make better decisions before, during and after every dive.
The more aware we become, the safer and more enjoyable our dives can be.
Because prevention is always easier than correction.

💬 What is the first thing you evaluate before a dive?
