Some roles we choose. Some we grow into. And some we discover along the way.

Mirror Mirror of My Roles was an Erasmus+ Training Course in Austria exploring roles, leadership and the way we show up in different parts of our lives.

Through non-formal learning, reflection, movement, group challenges and embodied activities, participants explored the roles they carry, their own leadership styles, strengths, boundaries and the ways they influence and connect with others.

A week of looking inward, learning from each other, and discovering that leadership doesn’t always mean standing in front sometimes it means listening, supporting, trusting and creating space for others.
