Football depends on a healthy planet. Without clean air and green spaces, there is no game. Protecting the earth means protecting the sport we love 💚⚽

Football is changing. And not just on the pitch.

“Awareness is growing… but it’s far from enough.”

Morten joined BBC Radio’s Rare Earth to talk about something bigger than the game:

👉 the pressure of more matches
👉 the push for constant economic growth
👉 and what it means for our future

Because while football brings us together, the world it depends on is under pressure.

From kids playing on flooded pitches, to players dealing with extreme heat – the game is already being affected.

But change is possible. Clubs are starting to make better choices, and players are speaking up.

Little actions can make a big difference 🚴‍♂️💚

Last week, Morten cycled home after playing against AC Milan. A simple action – but the message was clear.

One bike ride became millions of views. One small action sparked thousands of conversations.

That's the magic of what we're building together – when one of us acts, we all amplify it. When we share these moments, they become our collective voice for change.
