🎶 Safety Starts With Us! 🛡️

As part of “SOLID BEATS – Solidarity Building Events Awareness, Trust & Safety”, supported by European Ways e.V. and co-financed by the European Union through the European Solidarity Corps (ESK) 🇪🇺💙, our volunteers came together to focus on an important topic: the safety and well-being of young people at youth events.

Through several meetings and discussions, the volunteers worked together to raise awareness about potential risks, share experiences and think about how youth events can become safer, more inclusive and more welcoming for everyone. 🤝

There is always something that can be improved. Creating safe events is an ongoing process, and it requires awareness, responsibility and teamwork from both volunteers and young people.

Because great events are not only about music, fun and unforgettable moments — they are also about trust, respect, solidarity and making sure everyone gets home safe and sound. ❤️

Together, we can make youth events safer. Together, we build SOLID BEATS. 🎵🛡️

💦 Family Fun on the Water! ☀️

Another great activity within “Active Families for a Healthy Society” — a project co-financed by the European Union through the European Solidarity Corps and supported by European Ways e.V. 🇪🇺💙

This time, families came together for a fun day of watersport and water trampolines! 🌊🤸‍♀️ Kids and parents could jump, play, laugh, enjoy the outdoors and, most importantly, spend quality time together with their families and friends.

The activity was not only about being physically active. It was also about connecting with each other, sharing experiences and creating a space where families could relax, talk about everyday life and simply enjoy time together. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦❤️

Our project aims to make physical activity a natural and enjoyable part of family life — strengthening family bonds, supporting well-being and bringing people together in the community.

Because a healthy lifestyle is not just about exercise — it’s about feeling good, being connected and having fun together! 🌱💦

A great evening with the AI builders community in Leipzig within our AI&I Solidarity project co-financed by the EU and supported by European Ways e.V.🤖🇪🇺

We brought together developers, founders, and AI enthusiasts to explore agentic development and share practical experience. The focus was on real work rather than presentations.

During the meetup, we:
🧠 shared short demos of our AI projects and discussed different approaches,
💻 worked on our own ideas using agentic workflows and modern AI coding tools,
🤝 exchanged experiences, challenges, and best practices while connecting with other builders.

It was inspiring to see how many different ideas emerged from one room and how valuable it is to build together, learn from each other, and push projects forward as a community.

Looking forward to the next one! 🚀 &I

🚣‍♀️ Stronger together, one paddle at a time!

Our latest Active Families for a Healthy Society activity brought families onto the water in Leipzig. Through teamwork, communication, and shared adventure in boats, parents and children, brothers and sisters strengthened their bonds while staying active together.

Every shared experience helps make physical activity a natural part of family life and builds a healthier, more connected community.

Women’s Gathering: A Space for Connection, Inspiration, and Inner Insights

As part of our War Trauma Project, we organized a special women’s gathering led by a psychologist, creating a warm and supportive space where participants could connect, share their experiences, and explore their inner strengths.

The session was facilitated by Kseniia Lanchak, a creative psychologist, motivational poet, and founder of a women’s travel initiative. Combining psychology with creativity, she guided participants through meaningful activities designed to foster self-awareness and emotional resilience.

During the meeting, participants:

took part in networking and open conversations, building supportive connections with other women;
worked with metaphorical associative cards, a gentle psychological tool that encourages self-reflection, helps identify personal resources, and provides new perspectives on individual challenges;
experienced motivational poetry that inspired hope, self-confidence, and a deeper understanding of themselves.

The workshop provided a safe environment for reflection, mutual support, and healing, contributing to the project’s goal of addressing the psychological impact of war and strengthening women’s resilience.

🌍 BTM or BiTriMulti project— but what does it mean?

The name comes from the idea of connecting two, three, or multiple partners to create international youth projects and meaningful cooperation across borders.

🤝 During BiTriMulti, we explore how young people can become active participants in society, not just observers.

💬 We exchange ideas, shared experiences, and learned how youth participation can strengthen communities and create real impact.

✨ Different countries. Different perspectives. Common values.

🚀 BiTriMulti is about building partnerships, empowering young people, and turning ideas into action.

Because meaningful change starts when young people are given the space, skills, and confidence to take part.

🇩🇪✨ During our solidarity project “Demokratie am Wendepunkt: Europas Rolle in einer Welt im Umbruch”, we explored how democracy works in Germany and why democratic values are so important today 🗳️🇪🇺
Through interactive activities, group discussions, presentations, and a fun quiz, participants shared their opinions, learned from each other, and discovered the advantages of democracy together 🤝💡

Thank you to everyone who participated, contributed their ideas, and made this project inspiring and meaningful 🙌✨

✨ "DAS REVIER DEBATTIERT" ✨

We joined the event together with our participants of the "AI & I Solidarity Lab" and had inspiring discussions at the Leipzig University 🇩🇪

The topic of the evening was:
“When artificial intelligence collaborates with us — how do we reshape the way we work together?” 🤖

📍 What happened during the event:

• We took our participants to a new level with University of Leipzig
• We had short expert talks about AI, science, and the future of collaboration
• We participated interactive discussions with the audience
• Especially valuable 1-on-1 dialogue sessions with different perspectives
• Debates about the future of work, research, and society
• Last but not least - the networking with researchers, students, professionals, and the public, which made our participants shine as stars.

It was an evening full of interesting ideas, open conversations, and new perspectives and was kindly supported by the European Commission and the European Ways e.V. within the ESC programme ✨ &ISolidarietyLab

✨ Thank you to everyone who joined our warm meeting with psychologist Maria Taratunska 🤍

As part of our solidarity project “Women’s Mental Health: Self Care in the Modern World”, we explored our thoughts and feelings through meaningful conversations, reflection, and work with metaphorical cards 🎨🧠 It was a safe and supportive space to slow down, share experiences and focus on self care together.

🎬 Active Families for a Healthy Society

A strong society begins with strong families.

With our solidarity project Active Families for a Healthy Society, we are building a movement that empowers families to live actively, connect meaningfully, and grow together.

Supported by the European Solidarity Corps, this 12-month initiative promotes healthy lifestyles, community engagement, and shared responsibility for well-being.

We believe that real change starts at home — in everyday actions, in mutual support, in solidarity across generations.

Because when families are active, communities become resilient. And when communities are resilient, society becomes healthier, stronger, and more united.

This is not just a project. It is a commitment to lasting impact.

🇪🇺 Funded by the European Union.
