📣Following a recent Board decision, we are pleased to announce an exciting initiative that underscores our commitment to fostering excellence and celebrate the
exceptional achievements of our European top competitors within the canine community across our member countries in the FCI Europe Section:
🏆 The section will provide for the second year, financial support of 100€ for the participation of each country’s Top Dog to participate at the “FCI World Challenge of Dogs 2026” held in connection with the FCI World Dog Show (WDS) 2026 in Bologna.
The financial support for the participation will be provided under the following terms and conditions:
1️⃣ Each European Kennel Club must enter their top dog before 15 May 2026 by filling in the entry form received from the FCI Head Office by sending it to
[email protected].
2️⃣ Each European Kennel Club must complete and send the attached form to our Secretariat at [email protected], filled in with all necessary details needed for the remittance of the amount of €100 to the owner of the Top Dog.
3️⃣ This information must be submitted to us no later than on 20 May 2026.
❗️The National Kennel Clubs must inform their Top Dog owners regarding this opportunity!!!
📌 Saturday 6th June 2026, in the frame of the FCI World Dog Show to be held in Bologna 🇮🇹.
▶️ The FCI does not provide guidelines for the selection of the NCO representative. This is at the discretion of the NCO, of what method or system they use to select. All the expenses related to the dog and owner’s travel and accommodation, are under the responsibility of the relevant owner and/or NCO. The FCI will not charge any entry fee and ENCI will offer a discount on the fee for the FCI World Dog Show, in case the dog in question is entered at both, the Challenge and the World Dog Show.
▶️ The representative dogs must be registered with the studbook (vs appendix) of their NCO.
▶️ All dogs will be split into three groups, on a random basis. The top four dogs from each groups will compete for the final.
▶️ Each group will be judged by one judge and a fourth judge will designate the BIS.
▶️ The Winner will be awarded the title 𝔽ℂ𝕀 𝕋𝕆ℙ 𝔻𝕆𝔾 𝟚𝟘𝟚𝟞.
