Il progetto è stato guidato dall’organizzazione polacca Polska Fundacja Filary Rozwoju insieme ai partner italiani 🇮🇹 – Associazione Isnet e lituani 🇱🇹 – Šalčininkų mokykla-daugiafunkcis centras, offrendo uno spazio per lo scambio di esperienze, lo sviluppo di competenze e la creazione congiunta di soluzioni moderne nel campo dell’economia sociale.
Durante la realizzazione delle attività del progetto, l’attenzione si è concentrata su:
✔️ il miglioramento delle competenze degli adulti,
✔️ il rafforzamento del potenziale degli enti dell’economia sociale,
✔️ lo scambio di buone pratiche ed esperienze,
✔️ l’implementazione di nuove soluzioni tecnologiche,
✔️ la promozione dell’economia sociale,
✔️ la digitalizzazione dei servizi sociali,
✔️ lo sviluppo della cooperazione internazionale.

Il progetto ha contribuito a costruire partenariati sostenibili, a sviluppare attività innovative e a creare nuove opportunità per le comunità locali e gli enti dell’economia sociale.

Uno dei primi contenuti disponibili nella nuova piattaforma ISNET sarà la restituzione del profilo osservato dell’organizzazione, costruita direttamente a partire dalle risposte al questionario.

Un sistema di 20 indici di osservazione, organizzati in 6 aree chiave, per offrire una lettura più chiara, sintetica e strutturata del profilo organizzativo.

La prossimità entra nei luoghi della formazione e della ricerca.

Venerdì 20 marzo a Roma si tiene la conferenza di inaugurazione dei Master dell’Università Roma Tre dedicati alla gestione dei beni culturali, con un focus su “Cultura e prossimità: valori, strategie e pratiche per un patrimonio condiviso”.

Un tema che per noi è centrale: come costruire cultura non come qualcosa da conservare e basta, ma come processo vivo, condiviso, radicato nei territori e nelle comunità.

Tra le relatrici ci sarà Laura Bongiovanni, Presidente di Associazione Isnet e promotrice nazionale della Biennale della Prossimità.
Un segnale importante: la prossimità non è solo pratica sociale, ma sempre più anche oggetto di studio e formazione.

👉 Un passaggio che ci riguarda da vicino, mentre lavoriamo verso la Biennale della Prossimità 2026.

Lavori in corso per cogliere l’opportunità dell'Avviso a sportello pubblicato dal Ministro per le disabilità - Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri, Dipartimento per le politiche in favore delle persone con disabilità”

Associazione Isnet mette a disposizione la propria banca dati e buone pratiche, nonchè STRUMENTI per soddisfare il criterio B4 della valutazione.

Inoltre Associazione Isnet supporta gli Enti e le Reti per la definizione degli indicatori di impatto e la metodologia di valutazione (sezione 8 del formulario), alla luce delle numerose valutazioni di impatto sociale condotte sui percorsi di autonomia delle persone con disabilità.

🇮🇹 Workshop Visit in Italy
📅 29 September – 3 October 2025
🌍 The project leader from Poland 🇵🇱 and the partner from Lithuania 🇱🇹 came to Italy 🇮🇹 to take part in a study visit as part of the project “Inclusion and Integration – Competences in the Field of Social Economy.”
During these days, an international workshop visit took place in Italy as part of the project activities.
🤝 The meeting was a great opportunity to:
✅ develop international cooperation,
✅ exchange experiences,
✅ learn about best practices in the field of social economy.
💡 During the visit, participants had the chance to take part in:
• workshops led by local experts,
• analysis of the possibilities of implementing solutions in Poland, Lithuania and other countries,
• meetings with representatives of social enterprises,
• discussions on legal and social barriers,
• joint search for innovative solutions.
🏢 Participants also visited inspiring organizations and institutions working in the field of social economy, such as:
• Caritas Rimini
• Social Cooperative Madonna della Ca**tà
• Centro Servizi Volontariato Romagna – VolontaRomagna
• Osteria Sociale Povero Diavolo
• Social Cooperative Aldeia
• University of Bologna
📚 During the meetings, good practices and models of cooperation were discussed, as well as a summary of the activities carried out within the project.
🤲 The project is implemented by the Polish Foundation Filary Rozwoju 🇵🇱 in cooperation with partners from Italy 🇮🇹 – Associazione Isnet, and Lithuania 🇱🇹 – Šalčininkų mokykla-daugiafunkcis centras, under the Erasmus+ Programme (Partnerships for Cooperation in the Adult Education sector – KA220-ADU).
🌱 Thanks to such meetings, we increase the chances for sustainable and effective implementation of innovative social solutions – in Poland, Lithuania, and with our European partners.
💫 Together, we create a space for integration, solidarity, and sustainable development.

From September 29 to October 3, the final workshop visit of the project will take place. The meeting will be attended by the partner from Lithuania - Šalčininkų specialioji mokykla, and the project leader from Poland – Polska Fundacja Filary Rozwoju.

This is a unique opportunity to collaborate, exchange experiences, and learn about the best practices in the field of social economy!

As part of the project “Inclusion and Integration – Competences in the Field of Social Economy”, we will meet to:
🔹 strengthen international cooperation,
🔹 share experiences,
🔹 get inspired by best practices in social economy.

✨ During the visit, we have planned, among other activities:
• workshops led by local experts,
• analysis of possibilities for implementing Italian solutions in Poland, Lithuania and other countries,
• learning from examples of existing social enterprises,
• discussions on legal and social barriers,
• joint exploration of innovative solutions.

🌍 The project is implemented by Polska Fundacja Filary Rozwoju in cooperation with partners from Italy and Lithuania under the Erasmus+ program (Partnerships for Cooperation in the Adult Education Sector – KA220-ADU).

Appena conclusa in Lituania una study visit del progetto Erasmus+ “Inclusion and Integration – Competences in the Field of Social Economy”, di cui Associazione Isnet è partner. I partecipanti hanno visitato realtà dell’economia sociale Lituana, come Caritas, che supporta persone in difficoltà, e Pirma Blynas, ristorante che favorisce l’inclusione lavorativa di persone con disabilità, favorendo lo scambio di buone pratiche e l’apprendimento condiviso.

🌍 The first workshop visit in Lithuania is behind us! 🇱🇹
From 21st to 24th May 2025, we had the pleasure of hosting our project partners from Italy (Isnet) and Poland (Fundacja Filary Rozwoju) as part of the project “Inclusion and Integration – Competences in the Field of Social Economy”.
The visit was organized by Šalčininkų Specialioji Mokykla and had a practical, workshop-based character.
👥 During our time together, participants had the opportunity to learn from inspiring Lithuanian organizations working in the field of social economy, such as:
❤️ Raudonos Nosys (Red Noses) – bringing smiles to patients in hospitals,
🤝 Caritas Lithuania – providing comprehensive support services,
🥞 Pirmas Blynas – a restaurant supporting the inclusion of people with disabilities,
🚺 Women's House in Vilnius – assisting women in crisis situations,
📞 Vaikų linija – an emotional support helpline for children and youth,
🏥 Vilnius Hospice – providing palliative care with compassion and empathy.
💬💡 It was an invaluable exchange of experiences, full of knowledge, inspiration, and emotion.
We’re happy we could present our local initiatives and jointly reflect on the future of social economy in Europe.
🤝 A big thank you to all partners for their active participation and to our guests for their openness and commitment.
