Ogyre On a mission to clean the Ocean.

The Ocean Challenge is on.

For Ocean Month, together with our brand partners and our community, we’re launching the third edition of our biggest marine and coastal litter collection campaign in a single month.

In 2024, we collected 14,000 kg.
In 2025, we doubled it: 28,000 kg.

This year, we’re taking it further.

We’re in.
Are you?

Fish. Recycle. Repeat.
Sounds simple.
Because it is.

On World Biodiversity Day, we celebrate the local actions that protect ecosystems every day.

In Batu Lumbang, Indonesia, Fishing for Litter activities are helping the mangrove ecosystem regenerate.
Where waste used to remain trapped among the roots, biodiversity is now showing concrete signs of recovery: the number of species has increased by 50%, including the return of crabs, an indicator of an ecosystem regaining balance.

Protecting mangroves means protecting biodiversity, local communities, and natural coastal defenses.

Global change starts with local action.

The sea changes. And those who live it every day notice it first.
Alfonso has been fishing since he was a child, alongside his father Giuseppe. Over the years, he has seen waste enter the nets more and more often.

That’s why he chose to work with Ogyre.
Because when he collects, the impact becomes visible. In the sea, and in his life.

I Wayan Pasek Pastika has been fishing since he was a child.

In Batu Lumbang’s mangroves, he catches fish and crabs, plants new mangroves, and sees how trash affects the whole area.

More trash, fewer catches.
Less trash, healthier mangroves.

Through Ogyre’s project, fishers are paid to help keep the environment clean.

Protecting the Ocean also means supporting those who live from it. Watch the full story—link in bio.

Every fleet is different.
Each one has its own way of living—and loving—the sea.

In Batu Lumbang, you notice them right away: laughing, joking, moving as one.
Taking care of the environment, without ever taking themselves too seriously.

What they share is the mission:
turning a daily routine into real, measurable impact.

Meet our Indonesian fleet in our latest mini docu, “Jump in a Wasted Paradise.” Link in bio.

Mangroves don’t need much.
Just to stay clean.

Store up to 4x more CO₂ than terrestrial forests
Protect over 200 million people from coastal flooding
Support 70% of marine species at some stage of life

When waste reaches here, the balance breaks.

Our fishers keep them clean, so they can do the rest.
