🎗️4 February: The World Cancer Day 🎗️

On this day, let’s raise awareness and take action to prevent cervical cancer.

🩺 4th most common cancer in women, but preventable with early detection and vaccination.

🦠 Cause: Persistent infection with high-risk HPV. While most infections clear naturally, some can progress to cancer in 10–20 years, especially with risk factors.

🔍 Risk Factors:
✔️ High-risk HPV types
✔️ Weakened immune system
✔️ Other STIs (e.g., chlamydia, HIV)
✔️ High parity (multiple full-term pregnancies) & early first pregnancy (

🎊 The Opening Ceremony for New International Students 🎊

🔹 The ceremony is organized by the UMSU-International Unit in coordination with the ISSA as executive team, will be held on the occasion of freshers entrance to the university.

🔹This is the University's formal welcome to all first-year international students at which new students will get acquaintances to the university life and meet the principal officers, academics and senior students. It also consists of entertainment activities.

🔵 All new international students are expected to attend.
🔵The other international students can participate too.
🔵 The ceremony also includes dinner.

🗓 Date: Saturday, December 28, 2024
⏰Time: 18:00 to 20:30
📍Venue: Nazlou, School of Medicine, Amphitheater Hall.

🔹این مجموعه با هدف ارتقاء مهارت های علمی و عملی دانشجویان بین الملل برگزار می گردد.

جلسه شورای مرکزی انجمن علمی دانشجویان بین‌الملل؛ گامی برای حمایت از پیشرفت مهارت‌های علمی و بالینی

به‌منظور حمایت بیشتر از دانشجویان بین‌الملل و تسهیل در پیشرفت مهارت‌های علمی و بالینی آنان، جلسه شورای مرکزی انجمن علمی دانشجویان بین‌الملل برگزار شد.

این نشست با هدف بررسی چالش‌ها و نیازهای دانشجویان بین‌المللی و ارائه راهکارهای عملیاتی برای بهبود فرآیند یادگیری و رشد مهارت‌های تخصصی آنان؛ روز چهارشنبه ۲ آبان ۱۴۰۳ در سالن جلسات معاونت فرهنگی و دانشجویی برگزار گردید.
