انجمن فرهنگی-هنری تصویرگران برای کمک به توسعه و ارتقا سطح کیفی تصویرگری به منظور دستیابی به آثار برگزیده و ارزندۀ ملی و همچنین دفاع از حقوق مادی و معنوی تصویرگران و ایجاد شرایط مطلوب شغلی و حرفه‌ای و تأمین اجتماعی برای آنان در 1382 تاسیس شده است.
