Who We Are

Dahlia Organization for Education and Research (DOER) is a newly established non-profitable organization located in Sulaimani, Iraq. DOER is committed to providing solutions to the unstable governmental system in Kurdistan by providing statistical data to the public and policy makers. Our main focus is to collect, analyze, and publish primary and secondary data regarding all the fields of the society. Through the data we collect, DOER aims at finding the critical issues in our nation and proposing new and effective policies. The information we collect will be analyzed by a group of scholars and intellectuals in the society that creates a board of advisors. DOER’s philosophy is accuracy and transparency. We believe that policy makers and the society must rely on accurate data to plan for the future. Furthermore, DOER believes that data needs to be shared with scholars and individuals in the society to have a productive and meaningful discussion about the issues facing our nation.
