ضمن مشروع بناء السلام والاستقرار في العراق (BPSI) – المرحلة الرابعة والممول من قبل وزارة الخارجية البريطانية UKAID/FCDO بالشراكة مع منظمة جسر إلى UPP، قام بيت التعايش بتنفيذ جلسة تدريبية وتوجيهية لكادر المشروع في سنجار، بهدف تعزيز فهم الفريق لمتطلبات المشروع، وآليات العمل، ومنهجيات التنفيذ، ومبادئ الحماية وعدم التسبب بالضرر.
وشملت الجلسة استعراض أهداف المشروع، الأنشطة الرئيسية، آليات التنسيق والمتابعة، إضافة إلى التأكيد على أهمية التماسك المجتمعي، دعم العودة الآمنة والكريمة، وتعزيز الوصول إلى الخدمات القانونية وبناء السلام في المناطق المستهدفة.
وتأتي هذه الخطوة ضمن الاستعدادات لانطلاق أنشطة المرحلة الرابعة من المشروع، بما يضمن تنفيذ التدخلات بكفاءة عالية وبما يستجيب لاحتياجات المجتمع المحلي في سنجار.
هذه المبادرة هي جزء من برنامج «بناء السلام والاستقرار في العراق»، والذي ينفذه بيت التعايش بالشراكة مع منظمة جسر إلى UPP وبدعم من وزارة الخارجية البريطانية.

As part of the Building Peace and Stability in Iraq (BPSI) – Phase Four project, funded by UKAID/FCDO in partnership with Un Ponte Per (UPP), the House of Coexistence conducted an orientation and training session for the project staff in Sinjar. The session aimed to strengthen the team’s understanding of the project requirements, operational mechanisms, implementation methodologies, and safeguarding and Do No Harm principles.
The session included an overview of the project objectives, key activities, coordination and follow-up mechanisms, while also emphasizing the importance of social cohesion, supporting safe and dignified returns, improving access to legal services, and promoting peacebuilding efforts in the targeted areas.
This step comes as part of the preparations for launching the fourth phase activities of the project, ensuring effective and high-quality implementation that responds to the needs of the local community in Sinjar.
This initiative is part of the “Building Peace and Stability in Iraq” program, which is implemented by the House of Coexistence (HoC) in partnership with UPP and funded by UKAID/FCDO.
