ضمن فعاليات مشروع نزدهر معًا ٢، نفذت منظمة التقدم في السلام مبادرة لتوزيع حاويات للنفايات في شارعين ضمن مركز قضاء سنجار، وذلك بالتنسيق مع فريق حماة البيئة في شنكال.

يهدف هذا النشاط إلى تعزيز الوعي البيئي، والمساهمة في الحفاظ على نظافة الأماكن العامة، وتشجيع أفراد المجتمع على تبني ممارسات إيجابية تجاه البيئة.

As part of the “Flourishing Together 2” project activities, Progress in Peace Organization implemented an initiative to distribute waste bins along two streets in the center of Sinjar district, in coordination with the Shingal Environmental Keepers Team.

This activity aims to promote environmental awareness, contribute to cleaner public spaces, and encourage community members to adopt positive environmental practices.

ضمن فعاليات مشروع نزدهر معًا ٢، نفذت منظمة التقدم في السلام مبادرة لتوزيع سلات غذائية على عدد من العوائل داخل قضاء سنجار.
يأتي هذا النشاط دعمًا للأسر المتضررة وتخفيفًا للأعباء المعيشية التي تواجهها.
وتؤكد المنظمة التزامها بمواصلة العمل الإنساني والتنمية المجتمعية بما يعزز قيم التضامن والتكافل الإنساني.

As part of the “Flourishing Together 2” project activities, Progress in Peace Organization distributed food baskets to vulnerable families within Sinjar district.
This initiative aims to support affected households and help ease their daily living challenges.
The organization reaffirms its commitment to continuing humanitarian and community development efforts that promote solidarity and human dignity.

ضمن مشروع نزدهر معا ٢ لمنظمة التقدم في السلام لدعم الطبيعة وتعزيز المساحات الخضراء في سنجار، تم تنفيذ حملة لزراعة الأشجار في مزار محما رشان جنوب جبل شنگال، بالتعاون مع فريق حماة البيئة في شنگال وبدعم من بيت التعايش الذي ساهم بتوفير عدد من الأشجار.

وشملت المبادرة تجهيز الموقع، حفر الأرض، وزراعة الأشجار بهدف المساهمة في حماية البيئة وتطوير الطبيعة في جبل شنگال. وستبقى خدمة المجتمع ودعم المبادرات البيئية من أولويات منظمة التقدم في السلام، لما لها من أثر إيجابي على المنطقة وأهاليها.

As part of an Flourishing together2 launched by Progress in Peace Organization to support nature and expand green spaces in Sinjar, a tree-planting campaign was carried out at the shrine of Mahma Rashan Shrine in southern Sinjar Mountain, in cooperation with Shingal Environmental Keepers Team and with support from House of Coexistence, which contributed by providing a number of trees.

The initiative included preparing the site, digging the ground, and planting the trees with the aim of contributing to environmental protection and the development of nature in Sinjar Mountain. Serving the community and supporting environmental initiatives will remain among the priorities of the Progress in Peace organization due to their positive impact on the region and its people.

ضمن التزامنا المستمر بدعم المجتمعات المحلية وتعزيز مبدأ التضامن الإنساني، نفذت منظمة التقدم في السلام نشاطًا إنسانيًا تمثل في توزيع عدد من السلات الغذائية على العوائل المحتاجة في المجتمع السنجاري.

يأتي هذا النشاط استجابةً للاحتياجات المتزايدة للأسر المتضررة، وسعيًا للمساهمة في تحسين ظروفهم المعيشية والتخفيف من الأعباء اليومية التي يواجهونها.

نؤكد في منظمة التقدم في السلام استمرارنا في العمل جنبًا إلى جنب مع المجتمع، من خلال مبادرات إنسانية وتنموية تهدف إلى تعزيز الكرامة الإنسانية وترسيخ قيم التعاون والتكافل.

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting local communities and promoting humanitarian solidarity, Progress in Peace Organization implemented a humanitarian activity involving the distribution of food baskets to vulnerable families within the Sinjar community.

This initiative comes in response to the growing needs of affected households, aiming to improve their living conditions and ease the daily challenges they face.

ضمن مشروع “نزدهر معاً 2”، وبالتعاون مع فريق حماية البيئة في شنگال، نفذت منظمة التقدم في السلام أولى مبادراتها المجتمعية في شارعين ضمن منطقة حي الشهداء في سنجار.

تعتمد هذه المبادرة على نهج المشاركة المجتمعية، حيث تم إشراك الأهالي بشكل مباشر في تحديد أولوياتهم واختيار نوع التدخل المناسب، بما يعكس احتياجاتهم الحقيقية ويعزز من شعورهم بالمسؤولية والملكية تجاه مجتمعهم.

وتُعد هذه المبادرة واحدة من ثلاث مبادرات أقرتها لجنة الشارع، وتم تنفيذها بالتنسيق والتعاون مع فريق حماة البيئة في شنگال، في إطار دعم الجهود المحلية وتحقيق أثر مستدام.

As part of the “Flourishing Together 2” project, and in cooperation with the Shingal Environmental Keepers , the Organization for Progress in Peace implemented its first community initiative on two streets in Al-Shuhada neighborhood in Sinjar.

This initiative is based on a community-driven approach, where local residents were actively involved in identifying their priorities and selecting the type of intervention. This ensures that the activities reflect real needs while strengthening a sense of ownership and responsibility within the community.

This initiative is one of three selected by the Street Committee and was implemented in coordination and collaboration with the Sinjar Environmental Keepers Team, contributing to locally-led efforts and sustainable impact.

We extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to all supporters and partners. Serving Sinjar and its people will always remain at the core of our mission.

يسعدنا الإعلان عن تسجيل منظمتنا رسميًا لدى دائرة المنظمات غير الحكومية في إقليم كوردستان، وهو إنجاز مهم يعزز قدرتنا على توسيع نطاق عملنا وخدمة المجتمع بشكل أكثر فاعلية، إلى جانب أنشطتنا القائمة خارج محافظات الإقليم.

We are pleased to announce that our organization has been officially registered with the Directorate of Non-Governmental Organizations in the Kurdistan Region—an important milestone that strengthens our ability to expand our work and serve communities more effectively, alongside our ongoing activities outside the Region.

We are also proud to confirm that we are now fully licensed to operate within the Kurdistan Region, enabling us to implement our programs and initiatives in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to lawyer Nashwan Khalil for his valuable support and instrumental role in facilitating the registration process and securing our official certification.

اليوم قدّمنا تدريب بعنوان “التنمية المرتكزة على المجتمع”، وكان نشاط منظمتنا منحصراً في سنجار، بمشاركة مجموعة من الناشطين والناشطات من أبناء المنطقة.

تناول التدريب عدّة محاور، من بينها مبادئ التنمية المرتكزة على المجتمع، وأهمية إشراك المجتمع المحلي في تحديد احتياجاته، إضافة إلى العمل على إعداد خريطة تطوير واقعية لمجتمعاتنا المحلية بما ينسجم مع أولوياتها وتحدياتها.

Today, we conducted a training titled “Community-Centered Development” as part of our organization’s activities in Sinjar. The training brought together a group of local activists from Sinjar.

The session covered key topics, including the principles of community-based development and practical approaches to mapping development pathways for local communities based on their needs and priorities.

At the conclusion of the training, certificates of participation were distributed to all trainees in recognition of their engagement and active participation.

تعلن منظمة التقدم في السلام عن فتح باب التسجيل للمشاركة في تدريب يُقام في قضاء سنجار بتاريخ 13/2، والمُوجّه إلى الشباب الراغبين في تطوير معارفهم ومهاراتهم في مجال التنمية المتمركزة على المجتمع.

يركّز التدريب على:
• اكتشاف أصول المجتمع المحلية ونقاط القوة الكامنة فيه
• تعزيز أهمية العمل الجماعي والتطوعي
• ترسيخ مفاهيم المسؤولية المجتمعية ودور الشباب في إحداث التغيير الإيجابي

ويأتي هذا التدريب ضمن جهود المنظمة الرامية إلى دعم وتطوير فريق المتطوعين الخاص بها، وفتح المجال أمام انضمام طاقات شبابية جديدة فاعلة في خدمة المجتمع.
