منظمة ارض الرحمة للتنمية المستدامة، هي منظمة غير ربحية-عراقية تأسست سنة 2015 وسُجلت رسميًا سنة 2022 ، تهتم في التنمية المستدامة ، حيث تعمل على تحقيق التوازن في جميع المجالات والقطاعات التي تهدف الى رفع مستوى المعيشة لدى الإنسان وحمايتة من الوصول لخط الفقر، تهتم المنظمة بالانشطة الزراعية والتعليم والصحة وحماية البيئة والمناخ وتحسين سبل العيش المستدام وكذلك تعمل على احترام وتحقيق حقوق المرأة وتطوير

للمجتمع. Mercy Land Organization for Sustainable Development is an Iraqi non-profit organization established in 2015 and officially registered in 2022 ,concerned with sustainable development, as it works to achieve balance in all areas and sectors aimed at raising people's standard of living and protecting them from reaching the poverty line. The organization is concerned with agricultural activities, education, health, environmental and climate protection, improving sustainable livelihoods, as well as working to respect and realize women's rights and develop the economic structure of society.

الفن من أجل الوحدة"، الممول من قبل الوكالة الأمريكية للتنمية الدولية (USAID)، نفذت منظمة أرض الرحمة للتنمية المستدامة تدريبًا بعنوان "تقنيات الرسم والأصباغ "لمعهد الفنون الجميلة للبنين والبنات في قضاء الشرقاط.

يهدف التدريب إلى تعزيز خبرات المعلمين في تقنيات الرسم والتلوين، مما يمكنهم من تحسين أساليب تدريس الفنون التشكيلية. كما يسعى إلى تمكين المعلمين من إنتاج أعمال فنية هادفة تتواصل مع المجتمع المحلي، ترفع الوعي بالقضايا الاجتماعية، وتعزز الحوار والفهم و تزويدهم باستراتيجيات لاستخدام الرسم كأداة لسرد القصص، ورفع الوعي بالقضايا الاجتماعية، وتعزيز الحوار والتفاهم داخل المجتمع.

"Art for Unity," an activity funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Mercy Land Organization for Sustainable Development (MLO) conducted the training of "Drama and Theater Techniques "for the Institute of Fine Arts for both males and females in Al-Shirqat.

This training aims to enhance teachers expertise in drawing and painting techniques, enabling them to improve their teaching of visual arts. And to empower teachers to create meaningful artwork that connects with the local community, raises awareness of social issues, and fosters dialogue and understanding and equipped teachers with strategies for utilizing drawing as a storytelling tool, raising awareness on social matters, and fostering dialogue and
comprehension within the community.

"الفن من أجل الوحدة"، الممول من قبل الوكالة الأمريكية للتنمية الدولية (USAID)، نفذت منظمة أرض الرحمة للتنمية المستدامة تدريبًا بعنوان "تقنيات المسرح والدراما"لمعهد الفنون الجميلة للبنين والبنات في قضاء الشرقاط.
يهدف التدريب إلى تزويد المعلمين بمهارات متقدمة في المسرح، مثل التمثيل والإخراج وسرد القصص، لتعزيز تعليم الدراما في الفصول الدراسية و تمكين المعلمين من تقديم عروض تسلط الضوء على القضايا الاجتماعية، وتعزز الحوار، وتلهم التغيير الإيجابي. من خلال المسرح، سيعمل المعلمون على تعزيز التعاطف والتفاهم والمشاركة المجتمعية.

"الفن من أجل الوحدة"، الممول من قبل الوكالة الأمريكية للتنمية الدولية (USAID)، نفذت منظمة أرض الرحمة للتنمية المستدامة تدريبًا حول (بناء السلام وأساليب دمج موضوعات بناء المجتمع في العروض الفنية) لمعهد الفنون الجميلة للبنين والبنات في قضاء الشرقاط.

يهدف التدريب إلى تنمية قدرات المعلمين وتوظيفها لتعزيز التماسك الاجتماعي باستخدام أدوات الفن لتحقيق

بناء سلام مستدام في المجتمع.



"Art for Unity," activity funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Mercy Land Organization for Sustainable Development conducted the training of ( Peacebuilding and methods to incorporate community-building themes in Artistic Performances) for the Institute of Fine Arts for both males and females in Al-Shirqat.

The training aims to develop the capacities of teachers and utilize them for social cohesion by using the tools of art for sustainable peacebuilding in the community
