مبادرة إنسانية لدعم الأطفال المصاحبين لأمهاتهم داخل السجون

في إطار جهودها الإنسانية والمجتمعية، أجرى رئيس منظمة التواصل والإخاء الإنسانية، الدكتور علي عبدالحسن الناشي، اليوم الأربعاء الموافق 17-12-2025، زيارة تنسيقية هدفت إلى تقديم الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي للأطفال المصاحبين لأمهاتهم.

وشملت الزيارة توزيع كسوة شتوية من الملابس، إلى جانب تقديم ألعاب للأطفال، في خطوة تهدف إلى التخفيف من معاناتهم وتعزيز حالتهم النفسية، باعتبار ذلك أحد أشكال الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي الموجه للفئات الأكثر هشاشة.

وكان في استقبال رئيس المنظمة مدير السجن السيد محمد كريم، ومعاونه، إلى جانب الباحثين الاجتماعيين في السجن، حيث أبدى مدير السجن تعاونًا كاملًا ودعمًا واضحًا لجهود المنظمة. كما جرى خلال الزيارة الاتفاق على إقامة ورش عمل وبرامج توعوية متنوعة للنزلاء، تهدف إلى الحد من التطرف العنيف والوقاية من الانزلاق نحو الإرهاب.

ويُذكر أن وكالة الأمم المتحدة لرعاية الطفولة (اليونيسف) كان لها دور بارز ومؤثر خلال السنوات الماضية في تقديم الدعم النفسي والقانوني للأحداث المتماسّين مع القانون، فضلًا عن مساهمتها في تفعيل برامج الرعاية اللاحقة، بما يعزز فرص إعادة الاندماج المجتمعي وحماية حقوق الطفل

‏A Humanitarian Initiative to Support Children Accompanying Their Mothers Inside Prisons

‏As part of its humanitarian and community-oriented efforts, the President of the Communication and Humanitarian Fraternity Organization, Dr. Ali Abdulhassan Al-Nashi, conducted a coordination visit on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, aimed at providing psychological and social support to children accompanying their mothers.

‏The visit included the distribution of winter clothing, in addition to providing children’s toys, as part of efforts to alleviate their suffering and enhance their psychological well-being, considering this initiative a form of psychosocial support directed at the most vulnerable groups.

‏Dr. Al-Nashi was received by the Director of the Prison, Mr. Mohammed Karim, his deputy, and the prison’s social researchers. During the visit, the prison director expressed full cooperation and support for the organization’s activities. An agreement was also reached to organize various workshops and awareness programs for inmates, aimed at limiting and preventing violent extremism that may lead to terrorism.

‏It is worth noting that the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) has played a prominent and influential role in recent years by providing psychological and legal support to children in contact with the law, in addition to activating aftercare programs that contribute to social reintegration and the protection of children’s rights.

تقرير حقوقي مشترك بمناسبة اليوم العالمي لحقوق الإنسان 2025

بمناسبة اليوم العالمي لحقوق الإنسان الذي يصادف 10 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2025، قدّم مركز الرسوم لحقوق الإنسان الحاصل على الصفة الاستشارية لدى الأمم المتحدة، وبالتعاون مع منظمة التواصل الإخاء الإنسانية الحاصلة على الصفة الاستشارية أيضاً، تقريره السادس إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان في جنيف.

واشتمل التقرير على جملة من المداخلات الجوهرية وصياغة شاملة تهدف إلى إبراز أبرز القضايا الحقوقية الراهنة، بما يسهم في تعزيز الجهود الدولية الرامية إلى حماية حقوق الإنسان وترسيخ مبادئها على المستويين الإقليمي والعالمي

‏Joint Human Rights Report on the Occasion of International Human Rights Day 2025

‏On the occasion of International Human Rights Day, observed on December 10, 2025, the Rasoom Human Rights Center, which holds consultative status with the United Nations, in cooperation with the Ta Al-Tawasul Wa Al-Ekha Human .Org (TEO), also holding consultative status, submitted its sixth report to the Human Rights Council in Geneva.

‏The report included a set of key interventions, along with a comprehensive formulation, aimed at highlighting prominent human rights issues and strengthening international efforts to protect and promote human rights at both regional and global levels

الوقاية والتوعية من مخاطر التطرف الرقمي عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي

برعاية اللجنة الوطنية لمكافحة التطرف العنيف المؤدي إلى الإرهاب في ديوان محافظة ذي قار، وبرئاسة نائب المحافظ السيد ماجد العتابي، نظّمت منظمة التواصل والإخاء الإنسانية وبدعوة من ثانوية حجر بن عدي اليوم الثلاثاء الموافق 2 تشرين الأول 2025 ندوة توعوية بعنوان
“الوقاية والتوعية من مخاطر التطرف الرقمي عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي”،
وذلك بالتعاون مع مديرية تربية ذي قار في ثانوية حجر بن عدي في منطقة السادة آل مسافر – قضاء الشطرة، على بُعد 59 كم شمال مركز مدينة الناصرية.

حضر الندوة 215 طالبًا، إضافة إلى مدير الثانوية الأستاذ هادي نعيم زغير الذي أبدى تعاونًا متميزًا وحضورًا فاعلًا إلى جانب الكادر التدريسي. وقد أدار الندوة كلٌّ من عضو اللجنة الفرعية السيد علي جبر العبودي عن مديرية الأمن الوطني في ذي قار والدكتور علي الناشي.

محاور الندوة

تضمّنت الندوة مجموعة من المحاور التوعوية المهمة، من أبرزها:
1. التعريف بالتطرف وأسبابه وسبل الوقاية منه.
2. الهجمات الفكرية المتطرفة الموجّهة نحو الشباب وآليات التصدي لها.
3. تعزيز قيم السلام، واحترام التنوع، ونبذ العنصرية والتعصب.
4. التوعية بالابتزاز الإلكتروني وطرق الوقاية من مخاطره.

تأتي هذه الأنشطة ضمن سلسلة من الندوات والورشات التي تهدف إلى تحصين الشباب من الفكر المتطرف، ونشر ثقافة السلام والتعايش السلمي، وترسيخ قناعة بأن الحوار الواعي بين أفراد المجتمع هو السبيل الأمثل لبناء مجتمع متفاهم ومتماسك يؤمن بقيم الإنسانية والسلام.

Prevention and Awareness of the Risks of Digital Extremism on Social Media Platforms

Under the auspices of the National Committee for Combating Violent Extremism Leading to Terrorism in the Dhi Qar Governorate Office, chaired by Deputy Governor Majid Al-Atabi, the Humanitarian Communication and Fraternity Organization held an awareness seminar on Tuesday, October 2, 2025, titled:
“Prevention and Awareness of the Risks of Digital Extremism on Social Media Platforms,”
in cooperation with the Dhi Qar Directorate of Education at Hajar Ibn Adi Secondary School in Al-Sada Al-Msafer area, Al-Shatra District, located 59 km north of central Nasiriyah.

The seminar was attended by 215 students, along with the school principal, Mr. Hadi Naeem Zgair, who showed notable cooperation and engagement, in addition to the teaching staff. The session was led by committee member Ali Al-Hadwan and Dr. Ali Al-Nashi.

Seminar Topics

The seminar covered several key awareness and preventive themes, including:
1. Understanding extremism, its causes, and methods of prevention.
2. Extremist ideological attacks targeting youth and strategies to confront them.
3. Promoting the values of peace, respect for others, and rejecting racism and intolerance.
4. Raising awareness about cyber extortion and how to prevent it.

Seminar Message

These seminars and workshops aim to protect young people from extremist ideologies, promote a culture of peace and peaceful coexistence, and reinforce the belief that constructive dialogue among community members is the path toward building a cohesive society grounded in humanity, understanding, and stability.

تتقدم إدارة اعدادية العميد للبنين بالشكر الجزيل الى منظمة التواصل والاخاء الإنسانية لما قدمته من محاضرة توعوية الى طلاب اعداديتنا الكرام والتي تهدف إلى حماية أبنائنا وتحصين أفكارهم من الأوبئة المهنوية والأخلاقية المستشرية في مجتمعنا خاصة في موضوعة خطورة المخدرات وتأثيرها السلبي وكذلك خطور التطرف الفكري الذي أصبح أشد فتكا في مجتمعا والشكر موصول الى الدكتور ( علي الناشي ) على الجهد المميز في تأدية هذا الواجب الإنساني والوطني .

ورشة توعوية حول “الوقاية من التطرف العنيف ونشر ثقافة السلام والتسامح” في جامعة ذي قار -كلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة قاعة الشهيد حسن نصرالله .

بدعوة كريمة من عمادة كلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة
وضمن فعاليات الأسبوع السنوي الثاني للإرشاد النفسي الجامعي، نظّمت كلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة بالتعاون مع اللجنة الفرعية لمكافحة التطرف العنيف المؤدي إلى الإرهاب ورشة توعوية حملت عنوان (الوقاية من التطرف العنيف ونشر ثقافة السلام والتسامح)، وبحضور د. علي عبدالحسن الناشي رئيس منظمة التواصل والإخاء الإنسانية وعضو اللجنة الفرعية، إلى جانب السيد عميد الكلية ومعاونه، وجمع من أساتذة الأقسام وأكثر من 75 طالباً.

وتضمنت الورشة محاور عدة أبرزها:
1. التعريف بالتطرف العنيف وبيان أساليبه ومخاطره وسبل الوقاية منه.
2. عرض مفصل لبرنامج “العوائل القوية” ودوره في الحد من مظاهر التطرف ودعم الاستقرار الأسري، مع الدعوة إلى تعزيز العمل بهذا البرنامج داخل المجتمع.
3. آليات الوقاية من الحركات والأيديولوجيات المتطرفة وطرق التصدي لها بأساليب فعّالة.

وفي ختام الفعالية، قدّم عميد الكلية ومعاونه شهادة تقديرية وكتاب شكر إلى د. علي عبدالحسن الناشي تقديراً لجهوده المتميزة داخل اللجنة ودوره الفاعل في نشر الوعي وترسيخ ثقافة السلام داخل الوسط الجامعي والمجتمع وكذلك طلب منا مقترح اقامة عدة ورشات اخرى متعددة بهذا المجال وخاصة للمراحل الاولى من الكلية .

Awareness Workshop on “Preventing Violent Extremism and Promoting a Culture of Peace and Tolerance” at Thi-Qar University – College of Education for Pure Sciences, Martyr Hassan Nasrallah Hall

Upon the kind invitation of the Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, and as part of the Second Annual University Psychological Counseling Week, the College of Education for Pure Sciences, in cooperation with the Subcommittee for Countering Violent Extremism Leading to Terrorism, organized an awareness workshop titled “Preventing Violent Extremism and Promoting a Culture of Peace and Tolerance.”

The workshop was attended by Dr. Ali Abdulhassan Al-Nashi, President of the Communication and Brotherhood Humanitarian Organization and a member of the subcommittee, along with the Dean of the College, his Assistant Dean, several faculty members, and more than 75 students.

The workshop covered several key topics, including:
1. Defining violent extremism, its methods, risks, and prevention strategies.
2. A detailed presentation on the “Strong Families Program”, its role in reducing manifestations of extremism and supporting family stability, and a call to expand its application within the community.
3. Mechanisms for preventing extremist movements and ideologies and effective methods to counter them.

At the conclusion of the event, the Dean and Assistant Dean presented a certificate of appreciation and a letter of thanks to Dr. Ali Abdulhassan Al-Nashi in recognition of his distinguished efforts within the committee and his active role in promoting awareness and fostering a culture of peace within the university and the wider community.

They also requested a proposal to hold several additional workshops in this field, particularly for first-year students.

أحلام الأطفال تُلوّن المستقبل… ومياه العراق على المحك!

منظمة التواصل والأخاء الإنسانية – ذي قار، 20 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2025
بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للطفل، نظّمت منظمة التواصل والأخاء الإنسانية فعالية للرسم للأطفال المقيمين في هيئة الإعاقة والاحتياجات الخاصة التابعة لدور الدولة، من فاقدي الوالدين أو ضحايا التفكك الأسري. وقد عبّر الأطفال من خلال رسوماتهم عن أحلامهم بالعيش الكريم داخل أسرة محبة، وإكمال تعليمهم، ودخول الجامعات، وخدمة وطنهم أسوةً بأقرانهم.

وفي هذا السياق، حذّرت المنظمة من الخطر المتصاعد لأزمة المياه في العراق، والتي تحرم ملايين الأطفال من حقوقهم الأساسية وتضع مستقبلهم على المحك. فالعراق يمرّ اليوم بأخطر تراجع لموارده المائية منذ أكثر من ثمانين عامًا، ما يجعل الأطفال الفئة الأكثر تضررًا.

وأكدت المنظمة أن “لكل طفل الحق في الحصول على مياه صالحة للشرب والنمو في بيئة نظيفة وصحية. ومن دون مياه مأمونة، لا يستطيع الأطفال الحفاظ على صحتهم أو متابعة تعليمهم أو تحقيق إمكاناتهم الكاملة. وإذا لم نحمِ مياه العراق اليوم، فإننا نخسر حماية أطفاله وشبابه غدًا.

Children’s Dreams Color the Future… While Iraq’s Water Stands on the Brink!

On the occasion of World Children’s Day, the Al-Tawasul Wa Al-Ekha Human .Org (TEO) an art activity for children residing in the Disability and Special Needs Authority affiliated with state care homes, including orphaned children and those affected by family disintegration. Through their drawings, the children expressed their dreams of living in a loving family environment, completing their education, entering university, and serving their country just like other children.

In this context, the organization warned of the escalating danger of Iraq’s water crisis, which deprives millions of children of their basic rights and places their future at serious risk. Iraq is currently experiencing the most severe decline in its water resources in more than eighty years, making children the most affected group.

The organization affirmed that “Every child has the right to access safe drinking water and grow up in a clean and healthy environment. Without safe water, children cannot maintain their health, continue their education, or reach their full potential. If we do not protect Iraq’s water today, we will fail to protect its children and youth tomorrow.”

بتعاون البيت والمدرسة… نحمي أبناءنا من الابتزاز ونرسّخ الحوار ونمنع التطرف و الأرهاب.

في يوم الخميس الموافق 20 تشرين الثاني 2025، شاركت منظمة التواصل والإخاء الإنسانية – العضو في لجنة مكافحة التطرف العنيف المؤدي إلى الإرهاب في ديوان محافظة ذي قار، برئاسة نائب المحافظ السيد ماجد العتابي – وبالتنسيق مع إدارة متوسطة الشمائل للبنين، في إقامة ندوة توعوية وقائية حملت عنوان:
“بتعاون البيت والمدرسة… نحمي أبناءنا من الابتزاز ونرسّخ الحوار ونمنع التطرف والإرهاب”.

احتضنت الندوة أروقة متوسطة الشمائل للبنين وسط مدينة الناصرية، إذ شهدت حضورًا مميزًا لأكثر من 150 من أولياء الأمور من كلا الجنسين، إضافة إلى مدير المدرسة الأستاذ محمد علي مزهر وكادره التدريسي، الذين أسهموا بتفاعلهم وتعاونهم في نجاح الفعالية.

وجاءت الندوة بمحاور عميقة وفاعلة، شملت:
1. آليات الوقاية من التطرف والكشف عن مسبباته وطرق تجنّبه.
2. التصدي للهجمات الفكرية المتطرفة التي تستهدف الطلبة والشباب، وتحصينهم بالوعي والمعرفة.
3. تعزيز قيم الحوار والسلام، وترسيخ ثقافة احترام الاختلاف، ونبذ كل أشكال العنصرية والتعصّب.

وفي الختام، أكدت الندوة أن حماية أبنائنا مسؤولية مشتركة، وأن تماسك دور الأسرة والمدرسة هو الأساس في بناء جيل واعٍ بمخاطر الابتزاز والتطرف، وقادر على صناعة مستقبل آمن ومتوازن.

Through Cooperation Between Home and School… We Protect Our Children from Blackmail, Strengthen Dialogue, and Prevent Extremism

On Thursday, November 20, 2025, the Organization for Communication and Human Fraternity—a member of the Committee for Combating Violent Extremism Leading to Terrorism in the Office of the Governor of Dhi Qar, chaired by Deputy Governor Mr. Majid Al-Atabi—in cooperation with the administration of Al-Shamael Intermediate School for Boys, participated in organizing a preventive awareness seminar titled:
“Through Cooperation Between Home and School… We Protect Our Children from Blackmail, Strengthen Dialogue, and Prevent Extremism and Terrorism.”

The seminar was held in the halls of Al-Shamael Intermediate School for Boys in central Nasiriyah, with the distinguished attendance of more than 150 parents from both genders, in addition to the school principal, Mr. Mohammed Ali Mazhar, and the teaching staff, whose engagement and cooperation contributed greatly to the success of the event.

The seminar covered several key and impactful topics, including:
1. Mechanisms for preventing extremism, identifying its causes, and ways to avoid it.
2. Countering extremist ideological attacks targeting students and youth, and strengthening their awareness and resilience.
3. Promoting the values of dialogue and peace, reinforcing a culture of respect for differences, and rejecting all forms of racism and intolerance.

In conclusion, the seminar emphasized that protecting our children is a shared responsibility, and that the strong partnership between the family and the school is essential in building a generation that is aware of the dangers of blackmail and extremism and capable of shaping a safe and balanced future.

بالحوار نصنع السلام… وبالوعي نُسقِط التطرف والإرهاب

في يوم الأربعاء الموافق 19 تشرين الثاني 2025، نظّمت منظمة التواصل والإخاء الإنسانية – العضو في لجنة مكافحة التطرف العنيف المؤدي إلى الإرهاب في ديوان محافظة ذي قار برئاسة نائب المحافظ السيد ماجد العتابي – ندوة توعوية وقائية بعنوان “بالحوار نصنع السلام… وبالوعي نُسقِط التطرف والإرهاب”، وبالتعاون مع مديرية تربية ذي قار وذلك في متوسطة مسلم بن عوسجة للبنين في مركز مدينة الناصرية.

شهدت الندوة حضور 140 طالبًا إلى جانب مدير المدرسة الاستاذ علي حسين مخيط الذي كان على درجة عالية من التعاون والأهتمام والكادر التدريسي، وأدارها كلٌّ من عضو اللجنة الفرعية الشيخ مهدي الغزي و الدكتور علي الناشي.

وتناولت الندوة محاور أساسية تمثّلت في:
1. التعريف بالتطرف وسبل الوقاية منه وأبرز مسبباته.
2. الهجمات الفكرية المتطرفة الموجّهة نحو الشباب وأساليب مواجهتها.
3. تعزيز قيم السلام، واحترام الآخر، ونبذ العنصرية والتعصب.

On Wednesday, November 19, 2025, the Humanitarian Communication and Brotherhood Organization— a member of the Committee for Countering Violent Extremism Leading to Terrorism at the Dhi Qar Governor’s Office, chaired by Deputy Governor Mr. Majid Al-Atabi—organized a preventive awareness seminar titled “Through Dialogue We Build Peace… Through Awareness We Defeat Extremism and Terrorism,” held at Muslim bin Awsaja Intermediate School for Boys in central Nasiriyah.

The seminar was attended by 140 students, along with the school principal and the teaching staff. It was conducted by Subcommittee Member Sheikh Mahdi Al-Ghazzi and Dr. Ali Al-Nashi.

The seminar covered key themes, including:
1. Defining extremism, its main causes, and methods of prevention.
2. The extremist ideological attacks targeting youth and strategies to confront them.
3. Promoting the values of peace, respect for others, and rejection of racism and fanaticism.

من المخدرات إلى التطرف… سقوط في فخّ الاستغلال

في يوم الاثنين الموافق 17 تشرين الثاني 2025، نظّمت منظمة التواصل والإخاء الإنسانية – العضو في لجنة مكافحة التطرف العنيف المؤدي إلى الإرهاب في ديوان محافظة ذي قار، برئاسة نائب المحافظ السيد ماجد العتابي وبالتعاون مع مديرية تربية ذي قار – أقيمت ندوة توعوية وقائية بعنوان “من المخدرات إلى التطرف… سقوط في فخّ الاستغلال”، وذلك في إعدادية العميد للبنين في مركز مدينة الناصرية.

حضر الندوة عدد من الطلبة إلى جانب مدير الإعدادية والكادر التدريسي، حيث قدّم مدير المدرسة الأستاذ شوقي كريم مداخلات قيّمة ساهمت في إثراء النقاش وإدارة الورشة بشكل فعّال. وقد شارك الطلبة بفاعلية في الحوار وتقديم المقترحات، مما أضفى على الجلسة طابعًا تفاعليًا بنّاءً.

وتناولت الندوة محاور جوهرية شملت:
1. تعريف التطرف وسبل الوقاية منه وأبرز مسبباته.
2. دور المخدرات في تغذية التطرف والانتحار، وآليات الحدّ من انتشارها.
3. أساليب استغلال الدين لاستدراج الشباب وطرق التحصين الفكري.
4. الابتزاز الإلكتروني ومخاطره ووسائل الوقاية منه.

وفي ختام الندوة، شهدت الورشة مجموعة من المداخلات الواعية من الحضور، عكست مستوى مميزًا من الإدراك والنضوج، وإصرارًا على إيجاد حلول واقعية للحد من السلوكيات السلبية ومظاهر التطرف داخل المجتمع.
