منظمة A*O هي منظمة إنسانية وتنموية وإغاثية وغير هادفة للربح وغير حكومية تعمل على دعم وتطوير المجتمع على أساس حقوق الإنسان.

مهمة المنظمة:

العمل مع ومن أجل الشباب والفئات الضعيفة مثل النساء والأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وضحايا العنف في المجتمع للوصول إلى حياة جيدة.

رؤية المنظمة:

حياة يحصل فيها الشباب والأشخاص المتضررون في النزاعات والأزمات على الخدمات ويتمتعون بحياة عادلة.

اختُتمت دورة فنون الرسم لمجموعة من الشباب والشابات في قضاء تلعفر، وذلك بالتنسيق مع مركز شباب تلعفر. حيث تم خلال الدورة التطرق إلى أساسيات الرسم وأنواعه، بالإضافة إلى تنفيذ رسومات وصور معبّرة من قبل المشاركين.

‎يأتي هذا النشاط ضمن الأنشطة الترفيهية والفنية التي تنفذها منظمة أفق النجاح للتنمية في مدينة تلعفر.

‎يتم تنفيذ هذا المشروع من قبل منظمة أفق النجاح للتنمية، بدعم وشراكة من المؤسسة الهولندية (SV)، وبتمويل من وزارة الخارجية الهولندية.

The Art Drawing Course for a group of young men and women in Tal Afar district has been successfully concluded, in coordination with the Tal Afar Youth Center. During the course, participants were introduced to the basics of drawing and its different types, in addition to creating expressive artworks.

This activity is part of the recreational and artistic activity implemented by A*O in the city of Tal Afar.

This project is implemented by A*O, in partnership with the Dutch organization (SV), and funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands.

اختُتمت اليوم بطولة كرة القدم في تلعفر، والتي أُقيمت بالتنسيق مع مديرية تربية تلعفر. وقد حضر المباراة النهائية مدير تربية تلعفر الأستاذ علي مردان، ورئيس المنظمة السيد راكان عامر.

يأتي هذا النشاط ضمن الأنشطة الترفيهية والرياضية التي تنفذها منظمة أفق النجاح للتنمية في مدينة تلعفر.

يتم تنفيذ هذا المشروع من قبل منظمة أفق النجاح للتنمية، بدعم وشراكة من المؤسسة الهولندية (SV)، وبتمويل من وزارة الخارجية الهولندية.

The football championship in Tal Afar concluded today, held in coordination with the Tal Afar Directorate of Education. The final match was attended by the Director of Education in Tal Afar, Mr. Ali Mardan, and the President of the organization, Mr. Rakan Amer.

This activity is part of the recreational and sports programs implemented by A*O in the city of Tal Afar.

ي أجواء مليئة بالفخر والتقدير، وتحت شعار “المرأة قوة… المرأة أمل”، أقامت منظمة أفق النجاح للتنمية فعالية خاصة لإحياء اليوم العالمي للمرأة، تم خلالها تكريم مجموعة من النساء الرائدات في قضاء تلعفر تقديراً لعطائهن ودورهن الفاعل في خدمة المجتمع.

وشهدت الفعالية حضور ممثلين عن قائمقامية تلعفر، ورئيس جامعة تلعفر، ومدير تربية تلعفر، إضافةً إلى عدد من مدراء الدوائر الخدمية، وممثلين عن الشرطة المجتمعية، ومنظمات إنسانية، وناشطين في المجتمع المدني.

وتخللت الفعالية كلمات أكدت على أهمية دور المرأة في بناء المجتمع وتعزيز التنمية، كما تم عقد جلسة حوارية مميزة مع النساء المكرّمات، حيث شاركن تجاربهن وقصص نجاحهن الملهمة. واختُتمت الفعالية بتوزيع الهدايا والدروع التقديرية تكريماً لجهودهن وإسهاماتهن المتميزة.

وتؤكد منظمة أفق النجاح للتنمية استمرارها في دعم وتمكين المرأة وتعزيز دورها الريادي في المجتمع.

In an atmosphere filled with pride and appreciation, and under the slogan “Women are Strength… Women are Hope,” A*O held a special event to commemorate International Women’s Day, during which a number of leading women in Tal Afar District were honored in recognition of their contributions and their active role in serving the community.

The event was attended by representatives from the Tal Afar District Administration, the President of the University of Tal Afar, and the Director of Tal Afar Education, in addition to several directors of service departments, representatives of the Community Police, humanitarian organizations, and civil society activists.

The event included speeches highlighting the importance of women’s role in building society and promoting development. A distinguished dialogue session was also held with the honored women, during which they shared their experiences and inspiring success stories. The event concluded with the distribution of gifts and appreciation shields in recognition of their efforts and outstanding contributions.

A*O reaffirmed its commitment to continuing to support and empower women and to strengthen their leading role in society.

نفذت منظمة أفق النجاح للتنمية مبادرة مجتمعية بمناسبة عيد خضر الياس في مقام خضر الياس جنوب مدينة تلعفر، حيث أُقيمت مجموعة من الأنشطة والفعاليات المتنوعة، منها مسابقة بين المشاركين، وتوزيع الهدايا، إضافةً إلى أنشطة ترفيهية مميزة أضفت أجواءً من الفرح والسرور على الحضور.
وتهدف هذه المبادرة إلى تعزيز الدعم النفسي للمجتمع المحلي في تلعفر، من خلال تنفيذ أنشطة ترفيهية .

A*O implemented a community initiative on the occasion of Khidr Ilyas Festival at the Khidr Ilyas shrine south of Tal Afar city. A variety of activities and events were held, including a competition among participants, distribution of gifts, and distinctive recreational activities that created an atmosphere of joy and happiness for the attendees.

This initiative aims to enhance psychological support for the local community in Tal Afar through the implementation of recreational activities.

This project is implemented by A*O, with support and partnership from the SV, and funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

زارنا اليوم 4/2/2026 وفدٌ من البيت الثقافي التابع لوزارة الثقافة / دائرة العلاقات الثقافية العامة، يرافقهم اثنان من فريق صانعات السلام التطوعي، وذلك لبحث سبل التنسيق والتعاون المشترك في تنفيذ الأنشطة والمبادرات المجتمعية داخل قضاء تلعفر.

وخلال اللقاء، جرى تبادل الآراء حول آليات العمل المشترك، حيث أعرب فريق صانعات السلام التطوعي عن رغبتهم في المشاركة الفاعلة في الأنشطة والمبادرات المقبلة للمنظمة، بما يسهم في خدمة المجتمع المحلي وتعزيز دور العمل التطوعي.

نثمّن هذه الزيارة ونتطلع إلى شراكات مثمرة تحقق أثراً إيجابياً ومستداماً .

Today, 4/2/2026, we received a delegation from the Cultural House affiliated with the Ministry of Culture / General Directorate of Cultural Relations, along with two members of the Peace Makers Volunteer Team, with the aim of discussing ways of coordination and joint cooperation in implementing community activities and initiatives within Talafar District.

During the meeting, views were exchanged on mechanisms for joint work, and the Peace Makers Volunteer Team expressed their willingness to actively participate in the organization’s upcoming activities and initiatives, contributing to serving the local community and strengthening the role of volunteer work.

عقد اليوم الاجتماع الدوري لمنظمة أفق النجاح للتنمية في العيادة القانونية في قضاء تلعفر، حيث تم خلال الاجتماع مناقشة آخر التطورات الخاصة بالمشاريع الجارية، واستعراض أهم المشاكل والعقبات التي تواجه سير العمل، إضافةً إلى طرح سبل المعالجة والحلول المناسبة لها.

كما تم التوصل إلى عدد من التوصيات المهمة التي من شأنها تعزيز سير العمل خلال الفترة القادمة، مع التأكيد على آلية التنسيق والتعاون المشترك بين فريق العمل الميداني وفريق الدعم والإدارة في المنظمة، بما يسهم في تحسين الأداء وتحقيق أهداف المشاريع بكفاءة أكبر.

Today, the regular meeting of A*O was held at the Legal Clinic in Talafar. During the meeting, the latest developments of ongoing projects were discussed, along with a review of the main challenges and obstacles facing the work, and the possible solutions to address them.

The meeting also resulted in several important recommendations aimed at improving workflow during the upcoming period, with an emphasis on strengthening coordination and collaboration between the field team and the support and administrative teams of the organization, in order to enhance performance and achieve project objectives more effectively.

خلال هذا الأسبوع، تم إجراء مقابلات مع أكثر من 150 متطوعًا ومتطوعة من الشباب والفتيات في مركز مدينة تلعفر، وذلك ضمن أنشطة مشروع يهدف إلى إشراك الشباب في برامج بناء القدرات في مجال الحماية وتنفيذ عدد من الأنشطة بالشراكة مع المنظمة.

سيشارك المتطوعون في تدريبات وأنشطة عملية تسهم في تعزيز دورهم المجتمعي وبناء قدراتهم، بما يخدم المجتمع المحلي ويعزز مفاهيم الحماية والعمل الإنساني.

يتم تنفيذ هذا المشروع من قبل منظمة أفق النجاح للتنمية، بدعم وشراكة من المؤسسة الهولندية (SV)، وبتمويل من وزارة الخارجية الهولندية.

During this week, interviews were conducted with more than 150 young male and female volunteers in the city center of Tal Afar, as part of a project aimed at engaging youth in capacity-building activities in the field of protection and implementing several activities in partnership with the organization.

The volunteers will participate in training sessions and practical activities that contribute to strengthening their community role and enhancing their capacities, in service of the local community and the promotion of protection and humanitarian work concepts.

شارك فريق الحماية الاجتماعية في منظمة افق النجاح للتنمية في ورشة عمل تدريبية حول منهجية المبادرات المجتمعية للمنظمات المحلية في العراق والتي عُقدت خلال الفترة 22–24 كانون الأول 2025، ونُفِّذت من قبل منظمة جودي للاغاثة و التنمية.
جاءت هذه مشاركة في إطار سعي المنظمة تعزيز قدرات كوادرها في فهم فلسفة ومبادئ منهجية المبادرات المجتمعية وتطوير مهارات التخطيط والتنفيذ باستخدام النماذج والأدوات الخاصة.

The Protection Team of A*O participated in a training workshop on the Community Initiatives Methodology for local organizations in Iraq, which was held during the period from 22–24 December 2025 and implemented by Joudy Organization for Relief and Development.

This participation came as part of the organization’s efforts to strengthen the capacities of its staff in understanding the philosophy and principles of the Community Initiatives Methodology, as well as developing planning and implementation skills through the use of relevant models and tools.

شاركت منظمة أفق النجاح للتنمية في ورشة عمل متخصصة أُقيمت في محافظة أربيل حول حماية البيانات في العمل الإنساني، والتي نظمتها منظمة SV الهولندية وبدعم وتمويل من وزارة الخارجية الهولندية.

وتركزت الورشة على تعزيز فهم مفهوم حماية البيانات وأهميته في العمل الإنساني، إضافةً إلى مناقشة آليات إعداد وتطبيق سياسة خاصة بحماية البيانات داخل المنظمات بما يضمن سلامة المعلومات وخصوصية المستفيدين.

وتأتي هذه المشاركة في إطار حرص منظمة أفق النجاح للتنمية على تطوير قدرات كوادرها والالتزام بالمعايير الدولية في العمل الإنساني.

A*O participated in a specialized workshop held in Erbil on data protection in humanitarian work, which was organized by the Dutch SV Organization and funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The workshop focused on strengthening the understanding of the concept of data protection and its importance in humanitarian action, as well as discussing mechanisms for developing and implementing a dedicated data protection policy within organizations, ensuring the safety of information and the privacy of beneficiaries.

This participation comes as part of A*O’s commitment to capacity building and adherence to international standards in humanitarian work.
