🇮🇶🇩🇪 مشاركة جمعية دجلة الزراعية في معرض NORLA 2026 – ألمانيا

في إطار حرصها على تطوير المعرفة وتبادل الخبرات الدولية في القطاع الزراعي، شاركت جمعية دجلة الزراعية (DAA) في معرض NORLA 2026 بمدينة ريندسبورغ – ألمانيا، خلال الفترة من 3 إلى 6 أيلول 2026.

ومثّل الجمعية السيد سالار همزة، حيث أتاحت المشاركة فرصة للاطلاع على أحدث التقنيات والآلات الزراعية، والتجارب الحديثة في الإنتاج النباتي والحيواني، والتعرف على الابتكارات والحلول التي تسهم في تطوير كفاءة الإنتاج الزراعي.

كما شملت المشاركة لقاءات وتواصلاً مع عدد من الخبراء والجهات الفاعلة في القطاع الزراعي، بما يعزز تبادل الخبرات ويفتح آفاقاً للتعاون والشراكات المستقبلية.

تأتي هذه المشاركة ضمن توجه جمعية دجلة الزراعية نحو تطوير القدرات الفنية، والاستفادة من التجارب الدولية، واستكشاف حلول مبتكرة يمكن أن تسهم في دعم المزارعين وتعزيز سبل العيش المستدامة في العراق.

من ألمانيا إلى العراق… نتعلم، نتبادل الخبرات، ونبني جسوراً لمستقبل زراعي أكثر استدامة.

Dijla Agricultural Association at NORLA 2026 – Germany

As part of its commitment to advancing agricultural knowledge and promoting international exchange, Dijla Agricultural Association (DAA) participated in NORLA 2026 in Rendsburg, Germany, from 3–6 September 2026.

Represented by Salar Hamza, DAA explored the latest agricultural technologies and machinery, modern practices in crop and livestock production, and innovative solutions aimed at improving agricultural productivity.

The participation also provided valuable opportunities to connect with experts and key stakeholders, exchange knowledge, and explore potential future cooperation and partnerships.

This participation reflects DAA’s commitment to strengthening technical capacities, learning from international experiences, and exploring innovative solutions that can support farmers and promote sustainable livelihoods in Iraq.

From Germany to Iraq… learning, exchanging expertise, and building bridges towards a more sustainable agricultural future.

اختتام حملات التوعية بترشيد استهلاك المياه وتعزيز الممارسات الصديقة للبيئة

اختُتمت في قضائي تلكيف والحمدانية حملات التوعية الخاصة بترشيد استهلاك المياه وتعزيز الممارسات الصديقة للبيئة في حياتنا اليومية، ضمن أنشطة المشروع الممول من الاتحاد اللوثري العالمي (LWF)، والمنفذ من قبل جمعية دجلة الزراعية (DAA).

وتضمنت الحملات مجموعة من الفعاليات والأنشطة التوعوية الهادفة إلى رفع مستوى الوعي المجتمعي بأهمية المحافظة على مصادر المياه، وتشجيع الاستخدام الرشيد لها، إلى جانب تعزيز السلوكيات والممارسات اليومية التي تسهم في حماية البيئة والحد من الهدر والتلوث.

وتأتي هذه الحملات ضمن الجهود المستمرة لتعزيز المسؤولية المجتمعية تجاه الموارد الطبيعية، ودعم المجتمعات المحلية نحو تبني ممارسات أكثر استدامة، بما يسهم في الحفاظ على المياه والبيئة للأجيال القادمة.

Closing of Awareness Campaigns on Water Conservation and Environmentally Friendly Practices

Awareness campaigns on water conservation and promoting environmentally friendly practices in our daily lives have been successfully concluded in the districts of Tal Keef and Al-Hamdaniya, as part of the project funded by the Lutheran World Federation (LWF) and implemented by the Dijla Agricultural Association (DAA).

The campaigns included a series of awareness activities and events aimed at raising community awareness of the importance of protecting water resources, promoting responsible and efficient water consumption, and encouraging daily practices that contribute to environmental protection and the reduction of waste and pollution.

These campaigns are part of ongoing efforts to strengthen community responsibility towards natural resources and support local communities in adopting more sustainable practices, contributing to the preservation of water and the environment for future generations.

بتمويل من الاتحاد اللوثري العالمي (LWF)، تواصل جمعية دجلة الزراعية (DAA) تنفيذ أنشطتها الهادفة إلى تعزيز وتحسين خدمات المياه والصرف الصحي ضمن المشروع المنفذ في قضاءي تلكيف والحمدانية.

وشملت الأنشطة تجهيز محطة ماء تلكيف بمضخة جديدة مع كامل ملحقاتها الميكانيكية والكهربائية، في خطوة تسهم في تعزيز كفاءة المحطة وتحسين استمرارية خدمات المياه للمستفيدين.

ولا يزال العمل مستمراً لتحقيق أفضل النتائج وتعظيم أثر المشروع خلال ما تبقى من عمره، بما يسهم في تحسين الخدمات المقدمة للمجتمع المحلي

W With funding from the Lutheran World Federation (LWF), Dijla Agricultural Association (DAA) continues to implement activities aimed at strengthening and improving water and sanitation services under the project implemented in Talkeef and Hamdaniya districts.

As part of these efforts, the Water Station of Talkeef was provided with a new pump, along with all the necessary mechanical and electrical accessories, contributing to enhancing the station’s efficiency and improving the continuity of water services for the local community.

Work is still ongoing to achieve the best possible results and maximize the project’s impact throughout its remaining duration.

45 يومًا من التدريب… مهارات تصنع فرصًا جديدة

اختُتمت الدورة الأولى من برنامج التدريب المهني ضمن مشروع شراكة برنامج «آفاق» (PROSPECTS)، بدعم مالي من حكومة هولندا، وتنفيذ منظمة العمل الدولية (ILO) بالشراكة مع مؤسسة روانگە وجمعية دجلة الزراعية، وبالتنسيق مع مديرية العمل والشؤون الاجتماعية في نينوى (DoLSA).

وخلال 45 يومًا من التدريب العملي، اكتسبت الشابات والشبان من المجتمعات المضيفة واللاجئين والنازحين داخليًا في مختلف أنحاء نينوى مهارات عملية مرتبطة باحتياجات سوق العمل، بما يعزز فرصهم في الحصول على العمل ويدعم خطواتهم نحو سبل عيش أكثر استدامة.

وشملت التدريبات خمسة مجالات مهنية متنوعة:

الضيافة
الزراعة الحديثة والزراعة المحمية
الطاقة الشمسية

لم تكن مجرد فترة تدريب، بل كانت مساحة للتعلّم، والتجربة، وبناء المهارات، وتحويل المعرفة إلى خبرة عملية يمكن أن تفتح أبوابًا جديدة أمام الشباب والباحثين عن العمل.

وتواصل جمعية دجلة الزراعية جهودها في تنفيذ برامج تدريبية متخصصة، بهدف تمكين الشباب بالمعرفة والمهارات التي يحتاجونها لمواكبة متطلبات سوق العمل والاستفادة من الفرص الناشئة.

45 Days of Training… Skills That Create New Opportunities

The first cohort of the Vocational Training Program has successfully completed under the PROSPECTS Project, financially supported by the Government of the Netherlands, implemented by the International Labour Organization (ILO) in partnership with Rwanga Foundation and Dijla Agricultural Association, and in coordination with the Directorate of Labour and Social Affairs in Nineveh (DoLSA).

Over 45 days, young women and men from host communities, refugees, and internally displaced persons (IDPs) across Nineveh developed practical, market-oriented skills designed to strengthen their employability and support their pathways toward sustainable livelihoods.

The training covered five key fields:

Digital Marketing
Sales
Hospitality
Modern Agriculture and Greenhouse Farming
Solar Energy

These 45 days were more than just training. They were an opportunity to learn, practice, build professional skills, and turn knowledge into practical experience that can open new doors toward employment and sustainable livelihoods.

Dijla Agricultural Association continues its efforts to empower youth and job seekers through specialized training programs that equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills needed to navigate today’s labour market and benefit from emerging opportunities.

ضمن جهودها المستمرة في تطوير مهارات الشباب والباحثين عن العمل، تواصل جمعية دجلة الزراعية تنفيذ برامجها التدريبية المتخصصة، من خلال إقامة ورشة تدريبية في مهارات التسويق الإلكتروني، تهدف إلى تزويد المشاركين بالمعارف والمهارات العملية التي تساعدهم على التعامل مع متطلبات سوق العمل الرقمي والاستفادة من الفرص التي يوفرها.

ويتعرّف المشاركون خلال الورشة على أساسيات التسويق الإلكتروني، وآليات الترويج عبر المنصات الرقمية، وفهم الجمهور المستهدف، وإعداد المحتوى التسويقي، إلى جانب التعرف على استراتيجيات بناء العلامة التجارية، وإدارة الحملات الإعلانية، وتحليل أداء المحتوى والحملات بما يسهم في تطوير مهاراتهم وتعزيز فرصهم المهنية.

ويُنظم هذا النشاط من قبل منظمة العمل الدولية (ILO)، وتنفذه جمعية دجلة الزراعية بالشراكة مع مؤسسة روانگه، وبالتعاون مع مديرية العمل والشؤون الاجتماعية في الموصل، ضمن إطار الجهود الرامية إلى دعم سبل العيش، وتعزيز فرص التشغيل، وتنمية المهارات الرقمية والمهنية في محافظة نينوى.

As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the skills of youth and job seekers, Dijla Agricultural Association continues to implement specialized training programs through a Digital Marketing Skills Training Workshop, designed to equip participants with the practical knowledge and skills needed to navigate today’s digital labour market and benefit from emerging opportunities.

Throughout the workshop, participants explore the fundamentals of digital marketing, promotional strategies across digital platforms, audience targeting, and marketing content development. They also gain insights into brand building, digital advertising campaigns, and performance analysis, helping them strengthen their professional skills and expand their career opportunities.

This activity is organized by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and implemented by Dijla Agricultural Association in partnership with the Rwanga Foundation, and in cooperation with the Directorate of Labour and Social Affairs in Mosul, as part of joint efforts to strengthen livelihoods, expand employment opportunities, and develop digital and professional skills across Nineveh Governorate.

The workshop forms part of a broader series of training initiatives aimed at keeping pace with the evolving labour market, preparing a skilled workforce with relevant digital competencies, and empowering participants to develop their professional pathways and explore opportunities in freelancing and entrepreneurship.

Women’s empowerment begins with knowledge and skills.

The Dijla Agricultural Association continues implementing training programs aimed at strengthening women’s skills and promoting their economic and social empowerment. A specialized training course in etiquette, food preparation, and pastry-making is currently being conducted.

This training provides participants with practical skills that enhance their abilities, boost their self-confidence, and prepare them to pursue better employment opportunities or establish their own small businesses.

The activity is organized by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and implemented by the Dijla Agricultural Association in partnership with Rwanga Foundation, and in cooperation with the Directorate of Labour and Social Affairs in Mosul, as part of joint efforts to support livelihoods and expand women’s economic empowerment opportunities in Nineveh Governorate.

The workshop focuses on equipping participants with essential knowledge and practical skills in preparing a variety of food products, applying food safety and hygiene standards, and presenting food professionally. It also helps participants develop the skills needed to start home-based businesses or access employment opportunities within the food and hospitality sectors.

As part of the joint effort to strengthen youth capacities and enhance their employability, the International Labour Organization (ILO), in partnership with Dijla Agricultural Association (DAA) and Rwanga Foundation, initiated the Solar Energy Training Workshop in collaboration with the vocational training center of Mosul.

The workshop provides participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in solar energy systems, covering the fundamentals of photovoltaic technology, installation, operation, and maintenance in line with current labor market demands and the global transition toward renewable energy.

This initiative reflects a shared commitment to promoting sustainable development, expanding employment opportunities, and investing in youth through specialized vocational training programs that enhance technical competencies and support long-term economic resilience.
