قصة نجاح | مشروع صمود وإعادة دمج المجتمع
ضمن أنشطة مشروع صمود وإعادة دمج المجتمع، تمكّن أحد المستفيدين من تحويل شغفه في مجال الحلاقة إلى مشروع صغير ومستدام.
فبعد مشاركته في برنامج تأهيلي متخصص، حصل على دعم مالي ساعده في توفير المعدات الأساسية وافتتاح مشروعه الخاص.
واليوم، أصبح هذا المشروع مصدر دخل ثابت له، وأسهم بشكل ملموس في تحسين مستوى معيشته وتعزيز اعتماده على نفسه، مما يعكس الأثر الإيجابي الحقيقي للمشروع في تمكين الأفراد ودعم استقرارهم المجتمعي.
Success Story | Resilience and Community Reintegration Project
Through the Resilience and Community Reintegration Project, one beneficiary successfully transformed his passion for barbering into a sustainable small business.
After completing a specialized training program, he received financial support that enabled him to acquire the necessary equipment and start his own barbershop.
Today, his business provides a stable source of income and has significantly improved his living conditions, reflecting the project’s meaningful impact in empowering individuals and supporting community stability.

يسرُّ مؤسسة الخط الإنساني (HLF) أن تعلن عن اختتام برنامج التدريب المهني في مجال الصباغ والديكور الداخلي، والذي أُقيم في معهد التدريب المهني ضمن أنشطة مشروع صمود وإعادة دمج المجتمع، والمنفذ بالشراكة مع منظمة بوابة العون للتنمية الاقتصادية (AGO)، وبتمويل من الصندوق العالمي لمشاركة المجتمع وقدرته على الصمود (GCERF).
🎓 شهد البرنامج تخرج عدد من المشاركات اللواتي اكتسبن مهارات عملية في تقنيات الصباغ والديكور الداخلي، مما يسهم في تعزيز فرصهن في دخول سوق العمل، وتحسين سبل عيشهن، وتمكينهن من بدء مشاريعهن الخاصة بثقة وكفاءة.

Human Line Foundation (HLF) is pleased to announce the completion of the Vocational Training Program in painting and interior decoration, held at the Vocational Training Institute as part of the Resilience and Community Reintegration Project, implemented in partnership with Aid Gate Organization (AGO) and funded by the Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund (GCERF).
🎓 The program concluded with the graduation of a group of female participants who gained practical skills in painting and interior decoration, enhancing their opportunities to enter the labor market, improve their livelihoods, and start their own businesses with confidence.
✨ We warmly congratulate all graduates and wish them continued success in their future endeavors. May this achievement mark the beginning of a promising professional journey.

🤝 مبادرة سفراء التعايش
ضمن أنشطة مشروع صمود وإعادة دمج المجتمع، نُفِّذت مبادرة سفراء التعايش بمشاركة فاعلة من الشباب والبنات، بهدف تعزيز ثقافة التسامح وقبول الآخر، وبناء جسور الثقة بين مكونات المجتمع.

تضمنت المبادرة مجموعة من الأنشطة التفاعلية التي ركزت على الحوار البنّاء، ونبذ العنف، والعمل المشترك، حيث تم تدريب المشاركين على مهارات التواصل الفعّال وصياغة رسائل سلام تعكس روح التعايش والتماسك المجتمعي. كما تم اختيار المشاركين ليكونوا سفراء فاعلين ينقلون هذه القيم إلى مجتمعاتهم.

سعت المبادرة إلى تمكين جيل من الشباب القادرين على نشر ثقافة التعايش، وتعزيز الهوية المشتركة، والمساهمة في بناء مجتمع أكثر تماسكًا واستقرارًا قائم على الاحترام المتبادل والتفاهم.

✨ تُنفَّذ هذه المبادرة من قبل مؤسسة الخط الإنساني، وبتمويل من GCERF، وبالشراكة مع AGO، ضمن الجهود الرامية إلى دعم إعادة دمج المجتمع وبناء مجتمعات أكثر صمودًا.

🤝 Ambassadors of Coexistence Initiative
As part of the activities of the Resilience Project for Community Reintegration, the Ambassadors of Coexistence initiative was implemented with the active participation of young men and women, aiming to promote tolerance, acceptance of others, and strengthen trust among community members.

The initiative included a series of interactive activities focused on constructive dialogue, non-violence, and collaborative engagement. Participants were trained on effective communication skills and worked together to develop peace messages that reflect the values of coexistence and social cohesion. They were also empowered to act as ambassadors, spreading these values within their communities.

The initiative aimed to build a generation of youth capable of promoting coexistence, strengthening shared identity, and contributing to a more cohesive and stable society based on mutual respect and understanding.

يسرُّ مؤسسة الخط الإنساني (HLF) أن تعلن عن انطلاق برنامج التدريب المهني في مجال الصبغ والديكور في معهد التدريب المهني، وذلك ضمن أنشطة مشروع صمود وإعادة دمج المجتمع، المنفذ بالشراكة مع منظمة بوابة العون للتنمية الاقتصادية (AGO) وبتمويل من الصندوق العالمي لمشاركة المجتمع وقدرته على الصمود (GCERF).

🎨 يهدف هذا التدريب إلى تزويد المشاركين بمهارات عملية وتقنيات حديثة في أعمال الصبغ والديكور، بما يعزز فرصهم في الحصول على فرص عمل مستدامة أو بدء مشاريعهم الخاصة، ويساهم في تحسين سبل العيش ودعم الاستقرار المجتمعي.

📢 إعلان عن فتح باب التقديم للتدريبات المهنية (للإناث فقط)

تُنفذ مؤسسة الخط الإنساني برنامج “صمود وإعادة دمج المجتمع” في محافظة نينوى، وذلك بالتعاون مع منظمة بوابة العون وبدعم من الصندوق العالمي لإشراك المجتمعات المحلية ومساعدتها على الصمود (GCERF)، بهدف تعزيز الاستقرار المجتمعي ودعم جهود إعادة الدمج الإيجابي.

يستهدف المشروع في إحدى مراحله العائدات من شمال شرق سوريا (مخيم الهول) إلى مخيم الأمل (الجدعة)، ويتضمن:
🔹 تدريبات مهنية عملية لتعزيز فرص العمل والاعتماد على الذات

👩‍🏫 الفئة المستهدفة: الإناث فقط
📅 تاريخ بدء التدريب: 1-3-2026
⏳ مدة التدريب: 20 يوماً

Human Line Foundation is implementing the project “Resilience and Community Reintegration” in Nineveh, in partnership with Aid Gate Organization and with support from the Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund (GCERF), aiming to strengthen community stability and support positive reintegration efforts.
As part of the project, the program targets returnees from Northeast Syria (Al-Hol Camp) to Al-Amal (Al-Jad’ah) Camp and includes:
🔹 Practical vocational training to enhance employment opportunities and self-reliance

👩‍🏫 Target Group: Females only
📅 Training Start Date: 1-3-2026
⏳ Duration: 20 days
📍 Location: Vocational Training Institute in Mosul – Nabls District, Right Side

في اليوم العالمي لمكافحة التطرف العنيف، نجدد التزامنا في مؤسسة الخط الإنساني بنشر قيم السلام والتسامح والتعايش المشترك، وترسيخ ثقافة الحوار واحترام التنوع.
إن مكافحة التطرف ليست مسؤولية جهة واحدة، بل هي مسؤولية مجتمعية مشتركة تبدأ من الأسرة، وتمر بالمؤسسات التعليمية، وتتعزز بدور منظمات المجتمع المدني في نشر الوعي وبناء الفكر المعتدل.
نؤمن أن الاستثمار في التعليم، وتمكين الشباب، وتعزيز الوعي الرقمي، وفتح مساحات آمنة للحوار؛ هي أدوات فاعلة لحماية مجتمعاتنا من الأفكار المتطرفة، وبناء مستقبل أكثر أمناً واستقراراً.

في ديسمبر 2025، نفذت مؤسسة الخط الانساني (HLF) حملة توعوية ميدانية في منطقتي العبور والهرمات بمحافظة نينوى، بمشاركة منظمات مجتمع مدني محلية وفرق تطوعية، وذلك في اطار المشروع التجريبي الممول من برنامج الامم المتحدة الانمائي "توفير دعم التمثيل القانوني الشامل للعراقيين العائدين من شمال شرق سوريا"، بهدف تسهيل وصول الاسر العائدة من مخيم الهول الى الخدمات الاساسية، وتعزيز وعيهم بحقوقهم واليات الدعم المتاحة لضمان عودة مستدامة ومتكاملة.

In December 2025, the Humanitarian Line Foundation (HLF) implemented a field awareness campaign in the Al-Ubour and Al-Harmat areas of Ninewa Governorate, in collaboration with local organizations and volunteer teams. The campaign was carried out under the UNDP-funded project "Piloting Comprehensive Legal Representation Support for Iraqis Returning from Northeast Syria," aiming to facilitate access to essential services for families returning from Al-Hol camp and to enhance their awareness of their rights and available support mechanisms to ensure sustainable and integrated reintegration.

🤝 Team Building and Teamwork Initiative
As part of the activities of the Resilience Project for Community Reintegration, a team building and teamwork initiative was implemented to strengthen cooperation and trust among community members through interactive activities focusing on team spirit, acceptance of others, and effective communication skills.
The initiative aimed to empower participants to work positively as a team and enhance social cohesion, contributing to stability and the building of relationships based on cooperation and active participation.
✨ This initiative is implemented by Human Line Foundation, with funding from GCERF and in partnership with AGO, as part of joint efforts to support community reintegration and build more resilient communities.
