The ARD is a local non-governmental civil society organization concerned with community issues in Iraq, working in the field of relief, development and peacebuilding. مؤسسة آشور العراقية للإغاثة والتنمية، هي منظمة مجتمع مدني تأسست من أجل أن تساهم بتعزيز السلام والإستقرار في العراق وخاصة بعد الظروف التي مرّ بها العراق من مشاكل وحروب وسيطرة المجاميع الإرهابية والمتطرفة على عدد من المحافظات العراقية،

ومن هذا المنطلق تحرّك مجموعة من الشباب من أجل تأسيس هذه المؤسسة وجعلها مركزا لتقديم الخدمات الإغاثية منها " الخدمات المجتمعية، تعزيز السلام والإستقرار ، الترويج للتماسك الإجتماعي ونبذ التطرف وخطابات الكراهية، العمل على المناهج والتعليم وإعادة الإعمار، العمل على قضايا العنف ومعالجتها، العمل على تعزيز دور المرأة والشباب في المجتمع، العمل على صيانة وحفظ حقوق الإنسان في العراق. The Iraqi Ashur Foundation for Relief and Development is a civil society organization that was established in order to contribute to the promotion of peace and stability in Iraq, especially after the conditions that Iraq experienced from problems and wars and the control of terrorist and extremist groups over a number of Iraqi provinces, and from this point a group of young people moved to establish This institution and made it a center for providing relief services, including “community services, promoting peace and stability, promoting social cohesion and rejecting extremism and hate speech, working on curricula, education and reconstruction, working on and addressing violence issues, working to strengthen the role of women and youth in society, working on maintaining and preserving Human rights in Iraq.

تفاصيل المناقصة:
• طبيعة الأعمال: توريد ونصب مواد وتأهيل (مظلات خارجية، إنارة ومواد كهربائية، مكيفات وستائر، أعمال صبغ وعزل، تحسين الحدائق المدرسية، ترميم رحلات، سباكة وحاويات).
• المكان: 5 مواقع محددة في محافظة ديالى - العراق.

• طبيعة المهمة: مدرب / استشاري أفراد لتنفيذ ورشتي تدريب متقدم في بناء السلام.

في ألوان ديالى نؤمن بأن الفن والتراث يشكلان مساحة مشتركة للحوار، ويقربان بين الناس مهما اختلفت مناطقهم وخلفياتهم.
نفذت مؤسسة آشور العراقية للإغاثة والتنمية ثلاث ورش للتبادل الثقافي بالتعاون مع تُكمة، ضمن مشروع بناء الجسور بين المكونات المجتمعية في محافظة ديالى.
شارك في الورش 90 مشاركاً من مختلف مناطق قضاء بعقوبة، حيث وفرت الورش مساحة آمنة للتعارف والتفاعل وتبادل الخبرات من خلال أنشطة فنية وثقافية مستوحاة من التراث والهوية العراقية.
تضمنت الورش أنشطة لكسر الجليد، ومسابقات جماعية، وجلسات فنية تشاركية، وأنشطة متنوعة مثل الرسم على الفخار، وزراعة النباتات في الفخار، والتلوين على الزجاج، إلى جانب حوارات ثقافية عززت التواصل والتفاهم بين المشاركين.

At Colors of Diyala, we believe that art and heritage form a shared space for dialogue, bringing people closer together regardless of their backgrounds or geographic origins.
As part of the project aimed at building bridges between diverse community components in Diyala Governorate, the ARD, in cooperation with Tukma, conducted three cultural exchange workshops.

The workshops brought together 90 participants from various parts of the Baqubah district, offering a safe space to interact, connect, and share experiences through artistic and cultural activities rooted in Iraqi heritage and identity.

The sessions featured icebreaker activities, group competitions, and collaborative art workshops including pottery painting, plant potting in clay vessels, and glass painting alongside cultural dialogues that deepened mutual communication and understanding.

These activities fostered new relationships among participants, promoted positive social interaction, reinforced values of mutual understanding, and celebrated cultural diversity as a unifying force for social cohesion.
This activity was implemented by the Ashur Iraqi Foundation for Relief and Development (ARD) as part of the project “Strengthening Resilience and Social Cohesion in Conflict-Affected Communities in Diyala Governorate – Baqubah District”, implemented in partnership with Welthungerhilfe (WHH) and funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

اختتمت مؤسسة آشور للإغاثة والتنمية ورش القيادة الشبابية ضمن مشروع "بناء الجسور من أجل سلام مستدام" في قضاء بعقوبة بمحافظة ديالى.
خلال 8 أيام تدريبية، شارك 80 شابًا وشابة في برنامج تفاعلي ركّز على القيادة، وبناء السلام، والتماسك الاجتماعي، والتواصل الفعّال، وإدارة النزاعات، والعمل الجماعي، وتصميم المبادرات المجتمعية.
وأسفرت الورش عن تأسيس 4 منتديات شبابية يقودها المشاركون، تمتلك رؤى وخطط عمل أولية لتكون منصات فاعلة لإطلاق مبادرات تنموية ومجتمعية في ديالى.
ويستمر المشروع في دعم المشاركين عبر برنامج الإرشاد (Mentoring)، لربطهم بخبراء وقادة من المجتمع المحلي، بما يعزز استدامة أثر التدريب وتحويل الأفكار إلى مبادرات تصنع فرقًا حقيقيًا.

​The ARD has successfully concluded its youth leadership workshops under the project "Building Bridges for Sustainable Peace" in Baqubah District, Diyala Governorate.
​Over the course of 8 training days, 80 young men and women participated in an interactive program focused on leadership, peacebuilding, social cohesion, effective communication, conflict management, teamwork, and community initiative design.
​The workshops culminated in the establishment of 4 youth-led forums. Equipped with initial visions and action plans, these forums will serve as active platforms to launch developmental and community initiatives across Diyala.
​The project continues to support the participants through a dedicated mentoring program, connecting them with local community leaders and experts. This step aims to ensure the sustainability of the training's impact and to help translate their ideas into initiatives that make a tangible difference.

​Over the course of 8 training days, 80 young men and women participated in an interactive program focused on leadership, peacebuilding, social cohesion, effective communication, conflict management, teamwork, and community initiative design.
​The workshops culminated in the establishment of 4 youth-led forums. Equipped with initial visions and action plans, these forums will serve as active platforms to launch developmental and community initiatives across Diyala.
​The project continues to support the participants through a dedicated mentoring program, connecting them with local community leaders and experts. This step aims to ensure the sustainability of the training's impact and to help translate their ideas into initiatives that make a tangible difference.
This activity was implemented by the Ashur Iraqi Foundation for Relief and Development (ARD) as part of the project “Strengthening Resilience and Social Cohesion in Conflict-Affected Communities in Diyala Governorate – Baqubah District”, implemented in partnership with Welthungerhilfe (WHH) and funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

- التدريب يصنع التأثير ثم التغيير، شباب ديالى يصنعون جسور السلام!

اختتمت مؤسسة آشور للإغاثة والتنمية ورش القيادة الشبابية ضمن مشروع "بناء الجسور من أجل سلام مستدام" في قضاء بعقوبة بمحافظة ديالى.

خلال 8 أيام تدريبية، شارك 80 شابًا وشابة في برنامج تفاعلي ركّز على القيادة، وبناء السلام، والتماسك الاجتماعي، والتواصل الفعّال، وإدارة النزاعات، والعمل الجماعي، وتصميم المبادرات المجتمعية.

وأسفرت الورش عن تأسيس 4 منتديات شبابية يقودها المشاركون، تمتلك رؤى وخطط عمل أولية لتكون منصات فاعلة لإطلاق مبادرات تنموية ومجتمعية في ديالى.

ويستمر المشروع في دعم المشاركين عبر برنامج الإرشاد (Mentoring)، لربطهم بخبراء وقادة من المجتمع المحلي، بما يعزز استدامة أثر التدريب وتحويل الأفكار إلى مبادرات تصنع فرقًا حقيقيًا.

نُفذ هذا النشاط من قبل مؤسسة آشور العراقية للإغاثة والتنمية (ARD) ضمن مشروع "تعزيز الصمود والتماسك الاجتماعي في المجتمعات المتأثرة بالنزاع في محافظة ديالى – قضاء بعقوبة"، بالشراكة مع الجمعية الألمانية لمكافحة الجوع في العالم (Welthungerhilfe - WHH) وبدعم من الوزارة الاتحادية الألمانية للتعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية (BMZ).

​The ARD has successfully concluded its youth leadership workshops under the project "Building Bridges for Sustainable Peace" in Baqubah District, Diyala Governorate.
