بدعم من منظمة دوز، منظمة "شاقوفيان" تطلق مشروع «نشطاء بغداد: حوار من أجل حقوق الإنسان والديمقراطية»
بدعم من منظمة دوز الالمانية وبتمويل من منظمة Stiftung nord - süd brücken تعلن منظمة شاقوفيان للتنمية والثقافة (SODAC) عن إطلاق مشروعها "نشطاء بغداد: حوار من أجل حقوق الإنسان والديمقراطية"، يهدف المشروع إلى تعزيز قدرات الشباب والشابات في أربعة مناطق ببغداد (الأعظمية، الدورة، الكرادة، واليرموك) في مجال تعزيز الحوارات حول قضايا حقوق الإنسان والديمقراطية.
يأتي هذا المشروع كخطوة هامة نحو تمكين الشباب والشابات في المناطق الأربعة المستهدفة ضمن المشروع على مفاهيم وأدوات المشاركة السياسية الفعالة، وتحفيزهم على تصميم وتنفيذ مبادرات مجتمعية تسهم في تشجيع المشاركة الفعالة. يمتد المشروع على مدار ثمانية أشهر، من تموز 2025 لغاية شباط 2026.
تتضمن خطة عمل المشروع مجموعة من الأنشطة المتكاملة، أبرزها:
- فعالية افتتاحية: سيتم تنظيم فعالية لتعريف الجمهور بأهداف المشروع ونتائجه، بالإضافة إلى تنظيم ندوة حوارية (توك شو) يشارك فيها نشطاء شباب وشابات ومرشحون للانتخابات من الشباب والشابات في بغداد.
- ورش تدريبية: سيتم تنفيذ ثلاث ورش تدريبية يستفيد منها 60 شاباً وشابة من المناطق الأربع المستهدفة، بهدف بناء قدراتهم وتزويدهم بالمهارات اللازمة لقيادة الحوارات والمبادرات المجتمعية.
- تمويل المبادرات: سيقوم المشروع بتمويل أربع مبادرات مجتمعية، يتم تصميمها وتنفيذها من قبل الشباب والشابات المشاركين/ات، بهدف تعزيز الحوارات حول قضايا حقوق الإنسان والديمقراطية في مناطقهم.
- فعالية ختامية: ستشمل الفعالية الختامية حصد الدروس المستفادة وعرض النتائج المتحصلة، مع تقديم المبادرات الأربع وتوصياتها، لتكون خلاصة لجهود المشاركين/ات
يُعول على مشروع "نشطاء بغداد" أن يكون حافزاً لإيجاد مساحات حوار فعالة بين الشباب والشابات، ورافداً أساسياً في بناء جيل واعٍ ومشارك بفاعلية في صنع مستقبل بغداد.
With the support of DOZ Organization, "Shakoufyan" launches the "Baghdad Activists: A Dialogue for Human Rights and Democracy" project.
With the support of the German DOZ Organization and funded by Stiftung Nord-Süd-Brücken, the Shaqofian Organization for Development and Culture (SODAC) announces the launch of its project "Baghdad Activists: A Dialogue for Human Rights and Democracy." The project aims to enhance the capacities of young men and women in four areas of Baghdad (Adhamiyah, Dora, Karrada, and Yarmouk) in the field of promoting dialogues on human rights and democracy issues.
This project comes as a significant step towards empowering young men and women in the four targeted areas with the concepts and tools of effective political participation, and motivating them to design and implement community initiatives that contribute to encouraging active participation. The project extends over eight months, from July 2025 to February 2026.
The project's action plan includes a set of integrated activities, most notably:
- Inaugural Event: An event will be organized to introduce the public to the project's goals and outcomes, in addition to a talk show involving young activists and male and female candidates for elections in Baghdad.
- Training Workshops: Three training workshops will be conducted for 60 young men and women from the four targeted areas, aiming to build their capacities and provide them with the necessary skills to lead dialogues and community initiatives.
- Funding Initiatives: The project will fund four community initiatives, designed and implemented by the participating young men and women, with the goal of enhancing dialogues on human rights and democracy issues in their areas.
- Closing Event: The closing event will include collecting lessons learned and presenting the obtained results, along with showcasing the four initiatives and their recommendations, to summarize the efforts of the participants.
The "Baghdad Activists" project is expected to be a catalyst for creating effective dialogue spaces among young men and women, and a fundamental supporter in building a conscious and actively participating generation in shaping Baghdad's future.
