ڕاگەیندراوێک بۆ ڕای گشتی
"بە ناوی خودای بەخشندە و میهرەبان"
ئێمە وەک ڕێکخراوی ئاواتی منداڵانی کوردستان بۆ داکۆکیکردن لە مافی منداڵانی کوردستان، هاوخەمی قوڵی خۆمان دەردەبڕین بۆ کەس و کاری ئەو مندالانەی بوونەتە قوربانی پەلاماری سەگە هارەکانی ناو کۆڵانەکان و شارەکان.
داواکارین لە لایەنە پەیوەندیدارەکان کە هەر ئامراز و ئاژەڵێک لە هەر بار و دۆخێکدا ببێتە هەڕەشە بۆ سەر منداڵان، چارەسەر بکرێت، وە هیچ بیانووێک نابێت ببێتە ڕێگر لەبەردەم چارەسەرکردنی ئەو بابەتە.
بەداخەوە، کۆمەڵیک چالاکوانی مافی ئاژەڵان، لێرە و لەوێ بێ ویژدانانە دەستی تۆمەت بۆ منداڵان درێژ دەکەن وەک ئەوەی دەستیان بۆ دڕندەیەک درێژکردبێت. منداڵ، ئەو پەپوولەیەی کە هێشتا لە قۆناغە سەرەتاییەکانی گەشەکردنی هزری و جەستەییدایە و لە ڕووی ئاینی و یاساییشەوە تایبەتمەندیێتی لەبەرچاو گیراوە.
لەلایەکی دیکە، چاڵاکوانانی مافی ئاژەڵان پێدەچێت هیچ زانیارییەکیان دەربارەی سەگە هارەکان نەبێت، کە دەشێت بەبێ بوونی هیچ مەترسیێکی دەستکردی مرۆڤەکان لەسەریان، هێشتا هێرشکار و پەلاماردەربن.
لە کۆتاییدا هیوادارین، چاڵاکوانان پیشەییانە مامەڵە لەگەڵ بار و دۆخەکاندا بکەن، بەبێ ئەوەی بکەونە ژێر کاریگەری هیچ ویستێکی ناڕوون، وە هەروەها لایەنە پەیوەندیدارەکانیش دەست بکەن بە چارەسەری پێویست بۆ ئەو بابەتە، بۆ ڕێگرییکردن لە ڕووداوی کارەستباری مرۆیی هاوشێوە.

A statement to the public
"In the name of God, the Beneficent, the Merciful"
We, as Awati Mindalani Kurdistan Organization for the Protection of Kurdistan Children's Rights, express our deepest condolences to the families of the children who have been attacked by rabid dogs in the streets and cities.
We ask the relevant authorities to resolve any tools and animals that pose a threat to children in any situation, and no excuse should prevent this issue from being resolved.
Unfortunately, some animal rights activists here and there unscrupulously reach out to children as if they were reaching out to a beast. A child is a butterfly that is still in the early stages of cognitive and physical development and has religious and legal characteristics.
Meanwhile, animal rights activists seem to have no clue about rabid dogs, which can still be aggressive without any artificial threat from humans.
Finally, we hope that activists will deal with the situation professionally, without being influenced by any vague intention, and that the relevant parties will take the necessary measures to prevent similar humanitarian disasters.
